Love Focus - Weekly Update: At the solstice, you always become a little more powerful. It is as if the heavens bless you with greater charm and personal magnetism. You can be more attractive, more persuasive and more able to encourage others to see things the way that you would like them to be seen. With such power comes a degree of responsibility. You must be careful what you say and who you say it to, lest you end up eliciting a response that proves problematic. Don't underestimate the gift you are being given and the impact it may have.
You always become more vulnerable in the days prior to the dark of the Moon. This time of the month makes you more emotionally sensitive, more receptive to the moods and feelings of others. That's fine if you can rely on them to express positivity. But if your loved ones behave badly or if strangers speak sharply, you lose access to some of your usual defence mechanisms. Yet sometimes, it is only when we are soft that we can allow good new possibilities to arise for us. That could be about to happen now.
Do you feel, somehow, as if you are getting close to the end of your tether? Such a mood is symbolised by the Sun, as it now edges ever closer along the horizon, towards the moment when it will stand still for three days at the most extreme point it ever reaches. You have gone about as far along a certain road as you really wish to get. And you have experienced about as much of a particular situation as you feel you need to. You feel that, surely, things must change soon. Indeed they must. And they are about to.
Your Week Ahead: You deserve a round of applause. You should be praised and congratulated, recognised, respected and revered. You have lately been doing some wonderful things. Rising to some tough challenges and making some very shrewd decisions. Yet you doubt yourself somehow. You think perhaps that you could have done better. Don't waste your precious time and energy with such thoughts now. This week brings a triumphant development that will provide you with much reassurance and inspiration
