My dinner tonight is surf & turf. Prawns n chicken Al pesto.
Bed of lettuce properly chopped
Cherry tomatoes out like 6 around the plate, the on the lettuce out 3 tablespoons of couscous ( couscous with red kidney beans , sweet corn, salt and pepper and garlic or peas) then put on rest and west side of the plate a table spoon of black caviar and north and south, put tablespoon of red caviar.
In the prawns garnish it with parsley, basil, mint and lemon zest, and freshly squeezed lemon juice and paprika, and put it at the very center of the plate then when you pan seared the chicken cut it into stripes and gently place it on the prawns as I did and do the rest as well. As for dessert is red and blue berries with a touch of lactose free yogurt.
