Today had a major dissagreement with my brother's Doctor. My brother has learning difficulties and suffers from mental illness and as his sole carer it is ridiculous how people treat them. For 3yrs he has suffered and in that time his Doctor has done nothing to ease his pain nothing she has given him has helped in anyway. And she has just spent the last 4 weeks withdrawing him from the medication he was on making him more ill to then put him back on the same tablet that has not been helping him in anyway. I just dont know what you are supposed to do when the professional the people that are supposed to help you don't. How do you explain to your brother all this when you promised him this Doctor would help him. Anyway thats my moanfor the day.
