LOL - Sorry, couldn't resist. As most of you know, my holiday has come and gone. So this red and green stuff is just a bit of a drag for me. I endeavor to appreciate the spirit of the holiday though I can't quite bring myself to go for the more, shall we say, material aspects of the season.



I did recently discover Krampus though - the opposite of St. Nicholas - which is something they still do in northern Europe where it originated. If we had something like this here....well, Christmas would have a totally different appeal to me then! LOL - alas, we just love to candy coat everything in this country. If you're bad, Santa Claus just won't visit. But in Europe, you get hauled away by Krampus!!!! ENjoy this little video of a street parade in Austria.

So it's been awhile since I've devoted a good chunk of time here. I pop in at least once every day or two but it's always for just 10-15 minutes at a time.



Tonight, I finally had some time to myself so I've been reading and rating and reading more. My coven randomly disbanded so I now find myself in a new one so I'm trying to get to know the new folks there.



I caught up on my favorite journals and then wondered, hmm, when was the last time I wrote something? Nov. 18th?! Hence my headline.



Someone slow this damn buggy down? We're gonna be on two wheels when we round the corner and head into 2012!



At any rate, it's good to see most folks are doing well. Wish I could spend more time here. Alas....
