Then they get mad.

I hate myself at times…I really do. I am blessed (If such could be called) with a mind that never shuts down…constantly evaluating…flipping…tossing…turning…looking at the underbelly…making connections (imagined or real)…a mind that takes all bestowed upon it and works said information.



An ugly little thought has occurred to me…I truly wish it hadn’t…it will make this Christmas season one of war…a war within myself.



I receive numerous phone calls every day…”Charities” calling for my help…I will see “Charities” and be accosted by them for the remainder of these holidays…Red Kettles and the like…Santa on the corner ringing his bell for his cause…it’s endless.



What has dawned on me…the connection that has been made…is…that the people these “Charities” are hawking for are the very people that voted “The Welfare Messiah” in for a second term. The very people that think the government should take care of them, cradle to grave. The very people that chose not to believe in the milk of human kindness. The very people that believe they have the “Right” to other people’s money. THAT’S who the bells…ring-a-ling…for.



What I would like to do is cut dollar size papers and write on them…”Call Obama”…then slip those into all those kettles and hands…that’s what I’d like to do…isn’t that right boys?!



Mr. Tu…”Absolutely sir.”.

Michael…”Oh yeah!”.



BUT GENTLEMEN…the problem…the war…comes from the fact that there are also people that want to work…that are experiencing hard times not of their own making. Unfortunately…those bells ring for them as well. We cannot help one without helping the other…what shall we do?!

We know what the right thing to do is my demons…it will definitely sour Christmas…but…we must slip the real green into those kettles…we will feel horrible for those who truly deserve and need such if we do not.
