It says alot about me when I have to congratulate myself on getting my lazy ass out of bed, washed, dressed and ready for work.

Empathy overall is a great quality, however I've recently experienced that feeling to such a degree as to be almost bowed down by it. Had to give myself a good talking to as such a feeling serves no good at all.



On the good news front my book finally came, a little treasure called Gateway by Roger Whitby. A slim volume almost too "intellectual" for me but I got a buzz out of it all the same, and felt richer for reading it.



Many claim wisdom, the wise do not.



Which brings me nicely to the topic of Arch Angels ! Puzzled by the link ? Long story.



One of the "Principals" of Spiritualism is "The communion of Saints and the ministry of Angels". My dilemma is this: A person I know on another site claims that one of her guides/controls is an Arch Angel....the top guy, Michael himself no less. Having trouble buying it, however I'm obviously more adult in my outlook these days as I was able to voice my doubt without giving offence...yay me...previously I may have been rude !



Annoyingly the site I refer to above I was very pleased to find and felt "at home". So I have been trying to decide if I should stay or not.

I generally only catch the news once a week or so, lets face it it's usually not "good" news and I dont need a reminder of just how people can treat each other.

However the recent events in France had me glued to the news progs, there is a real feeling of deep rooted sadness all around.

They hurt us, we hurt them back and on and on it goes.

Hard to know how to cope with the this kind of heavy feeling.

Had to order some items from Amazon a few days ago, as it's been some time I was asked to update my card details by e-mail which I did. What followed were more e-mails saying "card declined" and "order on way".



Long story short I now have two items of one thing I ordered which isn't that good in the first place and still getting update e-mails for second item which I've decided not to bother with.



I don't usually deal with Amazon as after viewing a tv prog some time ago I saw that they don't treat employees very well. Then, as luck would have it a new person joined the ranks yesterday who used to work for them. She told me the management were fantastic and knew what they were about, much more so than here where we are now.



So, basically what I'm wondering is: Has an actual miracle happened here ? A management system that is actually thought well off ?

Guess I'm due for a lie-down in a dark room....

Revisiting past learning and learning something new.



The control of a well known medium of the past who I thought used to be a Native American Indian actually said/wrote that no, he in turn was using the etheric body of the Indian guy as when he was last incarnate he had developed psychic gifts.



He did this he said as he did not want to be known for his name but his words. Answers the old question of why so many Indian controls...maybe this practice is widespread.



Looking forward to receiving a 2nd hand book I bought online called Gateway. Transcribed by a young man called Roger Whitby to his Mother who was a Medium and the founding member of a group I had not heard of before, Unitarians.



Much like Spiritualists, they encourage people to seek knowledge from all over the place, think for themselves etc instead of following dogma.

Thing is, if it arrives mid-week will I have the will power to keep it till the week-end ? Past experience tells me if I dip into it earlier I will be up all night reading it, I'm not of the age where I can do that and still get up at stupid o'clock to get to work....time will tell.
