My mom always told me (when I was growing up) that things came in threes... bad things, good things, ect.
Well I think I've finally found that I am the single exception to that rule.
This has now been the worse week of my life (well second worse).
1) The laptop I ordered didn't was the wrong one, so I had to speak with a very rude customer service rep for about thirty minutes (give or take) then when I finally 'thought' I had everything fix -they told me "send the old one back and we'll make sure you get your new order."
okay so I did that. I was suppose to get mine the other day... here we are still two days later and nothing. Maybe if there is any luck in my life once so ever it will be waiting in my garage.
2) One of my now ex employee's 'accidently' deleted two-thirds of one of our bigger clients photos (yes I at least had a back up). Though that was not the reason that he was let go.
3) I have recieved two letters in the mail claiming that I owe Capital One money, even though I have never had one of their credit cards in my life. The bill totals to about thirteen hundred dollars. I have spent too many hours talking on the phone to them trying to find out how this happend- plus not to mention I can't even count one my fingers and toes how many times they have hung up on me.
This is the one that breaks the rule
4) My car died. She (yes it was a girl and her name was Jezebel) was the best car I've ever had. On my way to work yesterday I was driving down the road and next thing I know the car shuts off and I can't start it again (or stop it at the time). So I had to walk in the rain about two to three miles (due to my own stupidity of leaving my cell phone at home) to use a phone to call a tow truck.
I swear if this week gets any worse, I really don't know what I'll do... maybe I'll just curl up into a ball this weekend and cry...

I can empathize with a lot of this.
However, I can also suggest somewhere else to get your technology from, where they'll work 1-on-1 with you to make sure you get what you want, the customer service is never rude and they always speak English.
