There is a storm inside me.
A storm building up.
There is a storm within my being
There is lightening all around me and I know that there is lightening inside me to.
My heart is broken, and it needs to be fixed.
There is a storm.
A Storm within my being.
A desperate inner struggle.
A battle between good and evil.
The storm rages to and fro inside me.
The storm inside me beats against my chest.
I collapse to the ground and scream in anguish.
A single tear falls from my face and drops onto the dry earth.
The storm within me.
I lie back on the ground and stare up at the sky.
The lightening spirals down to the ground and the thunder rumbles in the air.
The wind whistles through the trees.
I feel the storm circling inside me.
I hear the wind and I hear the thunder.
But it means nothing to me.
I am dealing with my own internal struggle.
I am dealing with the storm.
The Storm within my being.
My eyes fill up with tears.
I scream out loud.
I release all the agony in my voice.
I feel the storm brewing.
The Storm Within Me.
The Soldier hurries into the field of death.
The Soldier wonders if he’ll ever go home.
The bombs explode around him.
Sending piles of earth all around him as he covers his ears.
The Soldier cocks his gun.
The Soldier is young, this is his first taste of battle.
The Soldier pulls the trigger on his gun and the bullet hurtles towards its target.
The bullet pierces the flesh of its target sending blood spurting out.
The Soldier see’s this and vomits from the image.
He turns to run and trips over a tree root, he falls onto his stomach dirt clouds filling his lungs and dust getting into his eyes.
He turns his head to the side and see’s the rotting corpse of one of his fallen comrades.
He panics and scrambles to his feet, he doesn’t hear the gun being cocked behind him.
He turns around just in time to see the bullet coming towards him.
The Soldier falls to the ground, the blood pouring out of him.
The picture of his family falls from his pocket and lands on the dirty ground.
The Soldier looks up at the sky.
The Soldier groans as he slips into the blackest night.
