1. Well it's back to work in a little over a hour.
2. My body weight is hovering around 213 at the moment.
3. I've noted an increase in strength in my upper body the last 2 weeks.
4. As far as my legs, well, there is not a lot of extra flesh on my quads and hamstrings. Calves are a different matter. :)
5. As far as eating goes, I often skip breakfast, workout and then eat. Frankly, I'm surprised I do what I do. However, I've always disliked breakfast.
6. As far as alcohol goes, well, it is just not tasting right at the moment. I haven't had a drink in over two weeks. Not that I really drank much before.

Alcohol is for the simple minded and the weak ANYWAY and you have NEVER been EITHER one. Not that it discriminates, I mean, I'm not either, but you KNOW what I mean haha =)
Anyway.............. STOP skipping breakfast. I know you already know, but I'mma say it anyway.....
MOST IMPORTANT meal of the day. If you're trying to lose weight, the WORST thing to do is skip that meal, and look at MY ass being the fucking POT. I don't eat the shit either. OR lunch. OR dinner. I wait till about 1:00 in the morning to eat when my stomach touches my back and I can't take it anymore. My metabolism has already been destroyed though. So take it from someone who knows.. It WILL fuck up your metabolism if it hasn't already. JUST EAT IT. If YOU eat it, I will start eating it. Deal?
Weight loss is not the primary motivation. Increase in strength, coupled with maintaining reflexes and flexibility are what I'm concerned about. Now so, in particular.
Weight loss is happening due to me fine tuning the diet in order to achieve what I mentioned above.
As far as breakfast is concerned ..... it sucks

1. I actually loaned out a book of poetry by Rumi to a college co-ed who lives a couple of apartments down. A couple of weeks ago we chatted and she was wearing a sweatshirt that had a quote from Rumi on it. Shrugs... I usually do not loan out my books.
I guess that was my good deed for today?
2. It was chest, arms and abs this morning. I was satisfied considering I did it without eating.
3. Working 3-1120 or so tonight. New schedule comes out today.

1.Yesterday, I paid for the adoption of a black kitten by a certain Coven Mistress. :) She is cute and the kitten is too. :) But naming it after a TV demon? :)

1. Well UM lost to FSU. I watched the first half at a sports bar.
2. I certainly have heard enough of Rocky Top. :)
3. Hit the gym today. 700 reps on abs and 20 minutes of cardio.
This makes 21 straight days. Not a single day off.
I'm just to restless to take a day off.

5. New schedule out tomorrow afternoon and then I will call on Tuesday and schedule an appt. for the new tat. That is the day I will skip the gym... at least I think so. :)

3. I may go to a local sports bar and try to watch the FSU v. U.M. game tonight. Part of me wants to and the other part doesn't. I dislike weekends.

3. So I came home last night and made a Capt and coke. Ended up pouring half down the drain. I just wasn't into it.
The area between my ears is often a problem and alcohol will not help.

I wish I had the discipline to eat healthy, but I don't. The only way I can eat healthy is to just starve till very late at night. I just can't seem to stop eating extremely high fat containing foods. :(

1. This morning was leg day and abs. I also threw in 20 minutes of cardio. My little leg routine goes like this; leg extensions 8 x15 with 220 (that's the entire stack btw), 8x12 leg curl with 110, calf raises 8x15-20 with not enough weight. It's truly not. :) 600 reps on the abs.
I had a chat with a female trainer about certification. Just thinking.
2. Had another "tough" day.
3.14th ranked U.M. beat Georgia Tech today. Next Saturday is F.S.U. I've nothing to say, yet.
4. These last couple of days have brought nice cooler weather.
5. The little town of Abingdon, Va actually puts out Halloween decorations. I like it.
