1. Well I was hired at the new place. I start tomorrow 3-11. It's less than 2 miles from where I live. Pays more as well.
2. Purchased new work shoes today.
3. Took a spin through a grocery store and grabbed up some fruit and veggies. Bought a chunk of watermelon. It tasted good. I've been thinking about watermelon since it came up in a conversation the other night on here. :)
4. I see the local stores are putting out their Fall stuff including space heaters.
5. Leg day in the gym this AM. Drank some carrot juice containing a fair amount of potassium. Hopefully, I will not cramp up.
6. Popped a benadryl a few minutes ago. Turning in soon.

1. Benadryl chased with a vodka/lemonade did the trick. Slept from 1-9.
2. Orientation at 11 it was changed from Wednesday. After that I will text the manager and let her know .
3. Probably do the shoulders and back in the early afternoon.
4. Laundry either late today or tomorrow morning after I get out of the leg routine.
5. I saw sweet potato patties in the store the other day. I've been thinking about them ever since. I think I may buy some and drizzle some olive oil in a pan and saute them.
I've been chatting with a Coven member about food.... on one hand it's enjoyable on the other I'm now thinking about food more. :) I just learned of wheat rice.
You do realize I don"t even keep bread around here. But it would be something like this Rye, pumpernickel, sour dough :) You see why I don't keep it around. Of course, then I would want pastriami or corn beef to put on it... and it would continue down hill. :)

1. And what is right? And what is wrong?
I simply accept on one level.
Everyone else in real life has to deal with my judgments and hence my behavior toward them.
2. I've recently been lied to by someone I work with. I'm not pleased. Nor, do I excuse her emotional issues. And yes, she has them.
3. Interviewed today at a place I applied to last week. The interview lasted right at a hour. He wants me to bring in my DL, SS and routing number on Wednesday. We shall see.
4. This morning was chest, arms and abs. I pumped up good. Just a fact.
Body weight is now between 221 and 222.
I would recommend a pre-workout mix called Outlift to anyone who is into the weights.
5. So Sam Adams has released the seasonal beer Octoberfest. I highly recommend it.
6. Going outside in a few to enjoy the sunset.

1. I took a drive today. I laid my eyeballs on someone. Walked right in to where he worked and watched for a while. I did get to see how he moved.
So you see there is something to not posting face pics. :)
I'm returning later in the week. Oh, stop it, I go in peace. :) Well, kinda.
2. So I slept in until 745AM. I mean wtf, that is about the best I can do and I went to bed at 1030 last night.
Sleep heals the body but I run on anywhere from 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hours on a regular basis.
3. Went to Walmart today and picked up a tank top and a couple of long sleeve T-shirts.
4. Going outside for awhile with some incense and a chair, oh and vodka and limeade. :)
5. Going to try to catch some Olympic Coverage on the NBC website if it's available.
