The Tales of Lone Wolf

The Spinks heard the child’s cries an was moving in for the kill, but just then as fate would have it, a passing wolf spotted the child as well as the Spinks who was moving in for the kill, the wolf ran towards the Spinks an tackled it, an rolled it a bit. The wolf howled for the rest of its pack to come to its aid, and they howled in response that they were on there way. The wolf could see that the spinks was getting up, so it rushed to the child’s aid. But the Spinks had other plans and lunged for the child. Just then the wolf leaped over the child to intervene, only to get knocked back and stunned from the spinks mighty blow. When the wolf got its bearings back its lunged back at the Spinks , an a battle between them both broke out, an a war of tooth an claw began when the Spinks suddenly got the upper hand an knocked the wolf back again, the blow jarred the wolves senses an rendered the wolf immobile. Just then when the wolfs life was about to end the child started to glow with a power unheard of in its world, that stunned an frightened the spinks enough to allow the wolf’s pack to arrive to there aid.



The wolves repelled the Spinks long enough for there leader to get away safely with the child, and once they were out of site all the wolves retreated back to there cave. When all the wolves were back together they decided the child’s fate was in there paws, so together they decided to take the child to a village to the south known as Briar Grove, an since the child saved the alpha wolves life they decided to send a wolf cub with the child to watch over it an make sure it stayed safe. So the wolves took both the child an the wolf cub to Briar Grove an left both child an pup at the door-step of a local smith named Edger who happened to have the closest house to the forests edge.



When the baby began to cry it woke Edger from his sleep, an Edger rushed from his bed to see where the cries were coming from, an when he opened his door he was shocked to see a little baby laying at his door-step, an he was even more shocked to see a wolf cub laying beside the child. Edger brought the child into his home for the night. An the next morning Edger woke from bed an went through the village searching for any clue to who the child’s parents were, as noon was coming around he started towards the church, to ask the priest what he should do with the child. When he arrived at the church the priest suggested he keep the child as his own since no one knew who the child was, nor did they know the child’s parents. So the smith chose to raise the child as his own, later that night Edger named the child Lucien after his great-grandfather. A man of great honor an strength, an as the weeks went by Edger became fond of young Lucien an as the years went by both Lucien an the wolf pup grew in size an strength, one day while Edger was working at the forge Lucien spoke his first word, he said papa as he was pointing at Edger, it brought tears to the old smiths eyes an then Lucien pointed at the wolf pup an said Shadow. And so the wolf pup was named Shadow. The smith was so excited that he burnt his hand on the forge accidentally. Later on Lucien’s new father sent him to school an as the boy grew older he became very interested in life. On the days he was off from school he’d help his father out at the smithy he’d even help after school as well. On day’s he wasn’t at the smithy, Lucien an Shadow would go hunting, most of the villager’s thought Lucien was crazy cause he’d go farther into the wood’s then any other hunter. One day while Lucien was helping his father out at the smithy he suddenly learned that he could control fire, and not only that he could also talk to Shadow. An after learning this both Shadow and Lucien would go on an on talking about everything they’d seen in the woods, an anything that interested them.



When Lucien’s father found out about these gift’s he made Lucien swear to keep his powers a secret, an as an honorable child Lucien did so. One day while he was hunting there was a great explosion that leveled millions of trees, and since Lucien was a very curious boy he went to investigate. Lucien and Shadow climbed over brush and boulders to the center of scorched ground only to be shocked at the site of a young women lying unconscious on the ground. When Lucien went to reach down to see if she was alive his forearm started to burn and a weird symbol appeared across his right arm. When he finally reached his home he hollered for his father. An when his father came out side an saw the young woman unconscious he told Lucien to run an get the town doctor an Lucien did so. When Lucien returned with the doctor the doctor entered the room, and both Lucien and his father where rushed out of the room that the young woman was laying in. When the doctor came out of the room he told them that the young woman had been in what looks like a very bad fight. Then doctor said that the woman needed to rest and that she was lucky Lucien found her in time. The next morning the young woman awoke and was frightened because she did not know where she was. And she was even more frightened when Lucien walked in the door to check up on her, she started to scream until she saw the symbol on his right arm. When she saw the symbol on Lucien’s forearm, she dropped to her knees and begged for forgiveness from Lucien. He told her to stand an asked her for her name she answered him with Abigail, just then Abigail asked for his name and he answered with Lucien. Later on Edger walked in the door and saw that Abigail was awake then he asked her if she was ok and she answered yes, then she asked him for his name and he answered Edger.



Later that night Abigail came out of the room for dinner, an half way through dinner Lucien asked Abigail why she was in the forest an why she was unconscious, Abigail answered him, an told him hat she was a sorceress an that she was running away from some dangerous creatures. The visitors frightened the all villagers except Lucien who was staying in the shadows while following the strangers from a far. When they finally stopped they started talking an unknown to them Lucien was ease drop on there conversation, and what he heard was extremely shocking. The strangers were talking about a sorceress they had been tracking in order to kill. After hearing what they were talking about, Lucien rushed home to warn Abigail about the strangers. When he reached home he was out of breath an after he caught it he told Abigail about the strangers an what he had overheard, after hearing the terrible conversation she was shocked, an explained that the creatures in the black cloaks were know as the sythrec and that the other one was Dolroo a disgusting warlock who was possessed by evil spirits an a powerful demon. She also told them that the creatures in the village were the same ones who had attacked her. After hearing about the creatures the three of them stayed far away from the doors and windows.



The next morning Edger woke Lucien from bed and told him the he wasn’t Edger’s son that he was an orphan who was dropped off at Edger’s door-step. After hearing everything about how Edger became his adopted father Lucien was shocked an infuriated but calmed down afterwards. Edger’s also told him to get as much food and water, he also told him to get his sword. Lucien also grabbed his hammer, axe, and his bow/ and quiver. Then after hugging Edger goodbye both Lucien, Shadow, an Abigail took off never looking back. Half way through the woods both Lucien an Abigail heard the screams of the villager’s and the explosions. But they kept running for fear that the creatures were right on there tails. After he was sure that no one was following them they stopped to make camp, as Lucien set up camp Shadow patrolled the area an only after making sure it was safe he went back to camp. That night Lucien dreamed of the horrors that baffled the town and the outcomes of all the villagers. In the morning Abigail had made breakfast as Lucien packed up camp, when he finally sat down to eat Abigail told him of an old friend named Marek who lived in the town Metros a city who was founded by the ancient dragon knights. She said that they would give them refuge, and her friend could help train Lucien in the art of war, and train him to be a knight. After figuring out the best direction to take they took off, heading strait for Metros they past many villages only stopping for supplies and rest. As they traveled Abigail trained Lucien in the arts of magic an as he trained he became very well accustomed magic, and before long he became a very powerful wizard. One day as they were passing by a small village an arrow came whizzing by Lucien’s head, he spun around to see who had shot at him only to see a young an beautiful Elvin woman holding a bow in her hand. Lucien draw’d his wand and pointed it at her an ask her why she shot at him, but she only pointed behind Lucien, and when he turned around he saw a big piggish creature behind him with an arrow in his throat. Later that night as they set up camp the young woman ask for food and shelter. And since she saved Lucien’s life he gave her both. That night they ate an slept, the next morning as Lucien was packing up everything, the young elvin woman ask them if she could join them. They discussed it an accepted her proposal, then they ask her for her name she answered them with Sierra. They welcomed her along with her help, and so they marched on towards Metros. And throughout their journey Lucien learned swordsmanship from Sierra, along with better archer skills. Later on as they were passing through the village of Necros a town infested with werewolves. And half way through the town Lucien was attacked by a werewolf, he was able to fend it off but not before it scratched his left leg.



After defeating the werewolf the group left the town in order to camp in a safe area. After making camp Abigail healed Lucien’s wound. And later the next morning they set out to Metros an before long it was late the following week when they finally arrived at the gates of Metros. When they entered the gates they headed towards the local pub to get a warm room and a good hot meal. The next morning after a good night’s rest the group headed towards the local church for directions to Marek’s house. After getting directions to Marek’s home they started out towards his house when they arrived at Marek’s door-step he welcomed them with open arms. As they entered his home Lucien saw armor, books, and weapons. As Lucien was looking around, Marek ask Abigail who Lucien was, and she answered him with that Lucien was the new guardian. After hearing this Marek started to laugh until he saw the symbol on Lucien’s right forearm. After seeing the symbol Marek apologized for laughing at Lucien then asked Lucien if it would be alright if he trained him. Lucien agreed, and later that night he started to show symptoms of the werewolf virus and he even turned into a werewolf. But unlike other werewolves Lucien could control his hunger and his power. Even after finding out that Lucien was a werewolf Marek still agreed to train him. An while training Lucien in the art of war, Marek also trained Lucien in knowledge as well, Lucien learned to write, read, he even learned to speak different languages. One day while training Lucien, Marek got word from one of his spy’s that a war had broken out between the king an, the rest of the nation.



Later the next morning after discussing the news with Lucien and the others, just then there came a knock at the door. When Marek opened the door he was surprised to see an old friend, hiding under a cloak. He was even more surprised when his friend rushed by him, out of the sunlight an in to his home. When Marek asked his old friend what was wrong his friend removed the cloak to reveal the she was elfin, after removing her cloak the old elf told Marek that there was nothing wrong, just except that the elfin kingdom had finally, with the help of a well known spy in the kings rank’s they have gotten one of the last dragon egg’s. An after hearing this, the entire room went silent; it was so silent you could hear the mice running through the walls, and the streets. An after everyone had gotten their bearings back, from the great shock that an elf had obtained one of the last dragon egg’s. They started discussing what to do with the dragon egg. An after discussing the dragon egg Marek and the other’s decided to let Lucien touch the dragon’s egg to see if it hatched, an to see if he’d become a dragon knight. When the elfin woman handed the egg, to Lucien her sleeve came up and Lucien could see two small bite wounds on his arm. When they handed the dragon’s egg, to Lucien, at first he thought it was just a big ruby. Until something strange started to happen the egg, it began to glow in Lucien’s hand’s just then he started to hear a small chirping coming from the egg, then he seen that the egg was beginning to hatch. When the egg began to hatch a seal appeared over his the left hand, an after the egg hatched a small baby dragon appeared, who’s scales where fire red, the dragon had two horns on his head, long blood red wing’s, an a spear like tip on his tail.



After spotting out that the young dragon was male, an after figuring out a bunch of good names for the dragon, Lucien finally decided on Thorn, because of the dragon’s color it was a perfect name for him. Everyone was amazed with the dragon, even Shadow came over to sniff Thorn, an after smelling him to make sure he was ok Shadow accepted Thorn as a friend and family. After all the commotion Lucien an his friends started to head off to bed, an Lucien was the last one to head off to bed, but before he got half way up the stair’s the old elf somehow turned into a vampire an leaped for Lucien’s throat, even though he caught Lucien off guard an bit his neck he still fought. Not only for his life but for his friends an allies, after hearing all the commotion Marek jumped from his bed an ran out of the room to see what the commotion was about only to find both Lucien an his old comrade fighting, at first Marek didn’t know what was happening until he saw his old friend with a set of fangs biting into Lucien’s neck. In that instant Marek grab his rapier and lunged for the vampieric elf and trusted the sword through the vampire’s heart turning it to dust. When Marek defeated the vampire Lucien was almost dead, and he was now infected with not just the werewolf virus, but now with the vampire’s virus. When everyone rushed down stair’s they fount Lucien starting to glow an change, when Lucien stopped glowing everyone was frightened to see that he now had a prehensile tail, elfish ears, vampire fangs, an two little horns that you could barely see, he also obtained snake eyes. When Lucien finished transforming he looked in the mirror, when he looked in the mirror he was frightened by what he saw, he was so frightened he began to cry, he bashed the mirror and he ran to his room.



Many weeks went by and Lucien would not come out to train. He stayed in his room afraid of what people would thank about him, later during the following morning Abigail came to visit Lucien and reluctantly he let her into his room. While they where in his room discussing his transformation Abigail talked him into coming out of his room and start his training once again. After Lucien returned to his training he began to noticed that with his knew body he could do much more, an that he was now more balanced, an his strength, an speed were unmatched, he could even fly, not to mention that he could now move objects with his mind. Later on when Lucien was no longer ashamed of his new form, he started back training he even began training with Thorn, an after a while Marek had taught Lucien the basic dragon skills. He even told him about the rebel counsel who wished to speak with him. An together they all decided to travel to the island of Korosa, but first they had to get supplies, an Marek had to find a ship that would travel that far an a captain who wasn’t loyal to the king of Agratham. When Marek finally fount a ship both big enough to haul both the dragon known as Thorn, along with Lucien an his companions he told Lucien an everyone about it, an he told them that they’d be leaving in the morning. And when Lucien finally seen the ship of Caragon a small village big on merchants. When Lucien an the others boarded the ship they were first showed to there cabin’s, first the lady’s were shown to the upper deck rooms while Lucien an Marek were shown below to there rooms Lucien’s room was from the looks of it the cargo room. And it was big enough for both Lucien and Thorn along with Shadow. When everyone got settled in Marek and Lucian went up to the starboard deck to meet with Captain Serick. After meeting with the captain Marek and Lucien were put to work on the ship before the boat could set sale across the sea to Korosa. After the ship set sale the captain asked Lucien if he’d mind working with the captain’s men to keep the ship in top condition. After accepting the captain’s offer they where on there way.



An after many day at Lucien soon became accustomed to a sailor’s life the captain even taught Lucien how to map the sea by both the star’s and the winds. Soon Lucien could even mark his destination by just listening to the winds. One day after supper Lucien went out on the star board deck to watch the stars, when a storm struck everyone ran out to the deck to tie down the masts. Just then a gust of wind blasted one of the masts into Lucien knocking Lucien overboard. Before anyone even knew what happened Lucien was dragged underwater by the tied. But as fate would have it a young mermaid was swimming by and saved him, when the mermaid saw the mark on his arm she called for her king then swam straight for the ship and jumped out of the water landing on the deck. Everyone was amazed to see the mermaid especially since they were long forgotten, an only spoke by drunken sailors. After they saw Lucien wasn’t breathing the ships doctor rushed over to help him start breathing again, they tried everything but nothing would help, just then more mermaids jumped aboard the ship. When what seemed to be the king mermaid boarded the ship and he saw that Lucien wasn’t breathing, so he used his mighty triton to bring Lucien back to life. After they all thanked the king of the merpeople the king noticed the symbol’s on Lucien’s right forearm and his left palm. After seeing the symbols the king told Lucien that his bravest warrior, and eldest son would join him on his journey to protect him an also to be a representative of his people.



After learning much about the merpeople and getting out of the storm Lucien had gained a new friend an allied himself with the merpeople he learned his new friends name was Mako prince of the seven seas. Soon after leaving to get back on there journey Mako asked Lucien if he’d like to learn how to use the magic of the merpeople and Lucien accepted. On their journey Lucien had learned to talk both to the sea and the creatures in it. An before long they had met their destination an landed at the shores of Korosa, where they were met by several guards an wizards who backed off when both Thorn an Shadow started to grow an roar at them. After the guards explained that they meant no harm two wizards stepped out of the line to interrogate them. During the interrogation it became painfully obvious that the wizards didn’t want him there. But when they passed the interrogations hey were brought into a dark room too wait for awhile. Before they were permitted counsel with King Argos a man who both helped the rebels and led them. After waiting for a few days they were finally granted an audience with the king they were led to a chamber were king Argos was waiting for them when they arrived in the chamber the king the guards to an shut the doors behind them. When the king could since that their was know one to disturb them he signaled two shadowy creatures two come in one was short an kind of dwarfish, while the other looked more female an was covered in scales, an had large long wings and a long tail, the creature was wearing two separate clothes one across its chest an the other across its waist, while the dwarfish creature was wearing bright gold armor. When the creatures finally came with in site the Abigail and Marek could see that the short one was a dwarf and the scaly female was in fact a gargoyle. After both the gargoyle an dwarf were seated kin Argos introduced them the dwarf’s name was Uric an the gargoyles name was Ino, after the introductions were over king Argos told Lucien that both Uric an Ino were to be his body guards through out his stay in Korosa.



After they had finished their meeting with the king they were showed o there rooms, an after they finished unpacking there stuff, Lucien, Shadow and Thorn were led to the training ground were the other’s were waiting for him. While walking to the training ground Lucien felt a very strong attraction towards Ino, when he arrived at the training grounds Lucien was to be tested on both his magical abilities, an his swordsmanship, as he was being tested on his magical skills he was rudely attacked by his new instructors who were trying to learn the spells Lucien had learned so lucien made his spells mean different things. After finally passing his test he was tested in swordsmanship, an archery he also passed in that. After he passed his test’s he was asked to stay a little longer to get more training before he’d be sent to the elfin kingdom of Sheirocka the capital of the elfin world. After agreeing to the terms there was a party celebrated in both Lucien’s and Thorn’s honor. Not much is known of what happen at this party, but when Lucien awoke he was in the nude and he also had metal spikes sticking out of his hands, he was also lying next to Ino’s naked scaly lustful body lying beside his. When Ino awoke she saw the look on Lucien’s face and started to run because she now felt shame and disgust from his look. When she jumped up to head for the door Lucien grab her arm, an out of instinct she slashed at him with her claws, but Lucien would not let go. When she was about to attack him again he said wait, and from his voice she felt a calm and soothing feeling. And before she could speak he asked her what had happened the night before, it seemed to her that Lucien had no memory of what had happened the night before. After his years of training it was time for Lucien to head back to the main land, he and his companions loaded up all there supplies an there possessions onto captain Serick’s ship. As they packed everything back onto the ship both Uric an Ino were also loading their stuff onto the ship as well it seemed that they were being sent with Lucien for his protection, an even though lucien an Ino were once lovers years before, they decided it would be best if they stayed friends an allies. As they set ale they had no clue of what lay ahead of the ship, but when the met the mainland it would be a new adventure.



When they where half way across the guano sea Lucien and Thorn took off flying through the sky and diving into the sea. One day while they were flying an diving Thorn decided to show Lucien the world through his eye’s an when he did Lucien could see the world in many colors even some he didn’t know the names for. Then it all went dark when both Lucien and Thorn heard a sound that sent shivers through there body’s the sound came from another creature flying through the air. The creature was bigger then Thorn but Lucien recognized it none the less. It was the same creature Lucien faced as a baby , it was the spinks an on its back it was carrying the vile creature known as Dolroo the same vile beast who attacked Briar Rose his home town. When Lucien seen Dolroo he became infuriated the memory’s of the villager’s screams caused him too become crazed and, the site of Dolroo riding the spinks infuriated him even more. To top it off Thorn felt Lucien’s rage and was ready for the battle together they soared towards Dolroo with his bow drawd an arrow an launched an arrow straight at Dolroo who just smack the arrow with his sword splitting it down the middle. As Dolroo split the arrow Lucien had soared right above him an spun upside down an unsheathed his sword an swung at Dolroo cutting off his arm, an Dolroo felt the blade cut his arm off he swung at Lucien an began using magic too enter Lucien’s mind while fighting via swords. But Lucien was trained an fought back both by blade an by magic, before long Lucien hand the upper hand until he fount Dolroo’s memory’s an even his pain which had stunned him, just then Lucien felt surge of pain go across hi face an yanked his head back just in time to stay alive an still keep both of his eye’s. After dodging the attack an barely kept his head an arrow came whizzing up an inserting into Dolroo’s back giving Lucien just enough time to jabbed his sword straight through Dolroo’s chest killing him, an creating a shockwave of pure darkness. Lucien and Thorn were both hit by the shockwave knocking them unconscious an immobile. An in a attempt to save their lives Abigail cast a spell so powerful it nearly killed her but she held on an brought both Lucien an Thorn back onboard the ship.



After waking up a few weeks later with a bandage over Lucien’s right eye while he was lying in a cot across the room from Abigail who was lying unconscious. When Lucien tried to move he found that his body had went numb from where he had laid in bed for to long, so he forced himself up and started walking up the stairs to the deck. When Lucien appeared above deck his comrades were shocked to see him out of bed. They tried to explain to him that he needed to rest, but he wouldn’t listen, he was too stubborn and to strong willed. He ignored his friends and walked over to talk to Marek and figure out why Abigail was unconscious in the cabin below. So Marek told hem how she cast a very powerful spell to protect both him and Thorn, he also told him how Abigail nearly drained of all her power and how it almost killed her. After Abigail came to they left back on there journey, before long they where at the shores of Agratham where Sierra showed them the only path to Sheirocka the kingdom of the elfin people. A path hidden in the vines and tree branches that are in the forest. As Lucien and the others past through the secret path, a cold shiver went down Lucien’s back. As they progressed further into the woods Sierra began to notice something strange with the path, somehow the path had went from a bunch of beautiful plants full of life to a lifeless patch of dead vines an flowers. Suddenly everyone could feel a terrible presents rushing towards them, when suddenly a destructive creature appeared before them. It was the hydra protector of the gates to the mountains which are home to the ogres creatures who have more strength than wit’s, creatures who are so repulsive it is said that one whiff of there terrible odor could drive an entire fleet of solders to kill themselves. At Lucien and his comrades were going to attack the hydra but Thorn intervened, and told Lucien that if he killed the hydra the ogres could escape an reek havoc upon the unsuspecting villagers who lived in the nearby towns.



After arguing with Thorn for some while, Lucien decided to give up on destroying the hydra and respect Thorn’s decision. So Lucien accepted that he could not destroy the hydra because even though it is a creature of evil it still protects life an in a way it is actually a creature of good. After the hydra seen Lucien’s act of honor towards both the hydra an Thorn it decided to lead them to a portal in its cave that would send them home or at least to a realm that would take them to another portal which would lead them home.



But before Lucien and his companion’s went through the portal the hydra handed one of its eggs to Lucien to watch over it. For when it hatched it would follow Lucien into battle to protect him in which no one would stand in his way to bring peace to Agratham. After everyone entered the portal they fount that they were in fact surrounded by darkness. With only an extremely hot breeze flowing through the darkness towards them. Everyone traveled for hours an, hours through this pitch black world. And still they could not find any sign of light nor any sign of life. But still Lucien an the other’s traveled on soon after they had traveled for hours Lucien’s comrades were beginning to get tired. But before they had a chance to completely give up hope they spotted a reddish light with a fire like tint an as they moved towards it they heard a terrifying roar that sent shivers down their spines well all except Thorn. An as they moved closer towards the reddish light the roar’s became growl’s, an they could hear feet hitting the ground rushing towards them, everyone drew their weapons ready for battle. But they still moved being drawn to the light, but just as they moved towards it they heard metal armor clanking and moving from the reddish light. Just then the clanking stopped along with the growling and roaring. Until they heard swords smacking and clanking, and the roaring began again and getting louder almost as if it was defending its self. As the group moved closer they saw skeletons in armor attacking a three head dog, which looked more like a pup. As they moved closer to get a better ground of site the skeletons spotted them and rushed in for an attack. With weapons drawn Lucien and his comrades faced of against this undead army, but with overblown the skeleton army kept coming and kept growing.



After an almost endless battle Lucien and the others finally defeated enough undead warriors that the undead soldiers retreated. Then as the undead retreated Lucien moved towards the here headed dog to see if it was okay, only to be attacked by the pup out of self-defense, so Lucien entered the pups mind to explain that they meant him no harm. After awhile of explaining to the three headed dog, that they meant no harm. They were on there way again to search for another gate way home. But unknown to them was that the cerberus pup was following them and when they finally fount the gate. They found out the hard way that it was being guarded by undead solders, but when the undead attacked them they were torn to pieces by the three headed pup. Just then Lucien decided to allow the three headed pup to follow them on there journey through the portal. And when they walked through the portal something strange started to happen and the portal they had just exited disappeared into thin air. Not only that they could now see they were back home an now they could continue their quest towards Sheirocka. As they progressed through the path hidden by the elves Lucien had decided to name the young cerberus, and since it was still a pup he decided to name it Bronx because of its thick skin. Later as they walked through the forest towards an elfin village named Elkros something strange began to happen in Lucien’s pack, it was the hydras egg starting to hatch, an when it finished hatching Lucien named it Hex because it was female an because of the history behind its species creation.



After Hex and Bronx, an even Thorn and Shadow got introduced Lucien and his comrades started off back towards the village of Elkros. Just then when Abigail noticed that that Bronx, Hex an Thorn were going to be a problem on both there height an there size she was forced to make a decision to teach Lucien a shrink spell in order to keep Bronx, Hex an Thorn hidden from their enemy’s until they got to Sheirocka. So she decided to teach Lucien the spell which he did perfectly after a couple of tries on boulders and trees. After casting the spell to shrink the creatures he picked them up and stuck them each in his front pocket so they would stay safe. When Lucien and the other’s reached Elkros they were surprised to be greeted by elfin guards who led them to the elfin ruler of this village. When they met the elfin ruler of Elkros they were asked why they were traveling through the village of Elkros and where they were given the knowledge of the hidden path. Just thin Sierra stepped forward and told this ruler that they were on there way with important information for the queen of Sheirocka, and that it was none of his concern why they were traveling through the village of Elkros.



After the discussion with the ruler of Elkros, Lucien and his comrades were given room and board. Later the next morning their were guards at all their rooms to escort them to Sheirocka. After Lucien and the others were dressed and packed, and Lucien found Bronx, Hex and Thorn and stuck them back in his front pocket. They were led to the edge of Elkros they hopped in some canoes to float down stream which passed right by the edge of Sheirocka. As they rode down the stream Lucien learned the names of the elfin solders who were leading them to Sheirocka like their was Airos, Logis, and Fredri. They were the only solders who actually had a since of humor, Lucien and them were always poking fun at the way they were dressed an also at the stories they had to tell. As night began to fall they rode the canoes to shore so they could set up camp. After camp was set up Lucien set out to get firewood an even some berries.



After dinner that night Lucien watched Bronx, Hex and Thorn wrestle and play, but in fact they were training to see which one of them could stand out in battle longer. An when they fount out that they were evenly matched Lucien started to laugh, made them upset an a little frustrated which it caused Thorn to spit fire right in front of Lucien face basically warning him to stop laughing, which Lucien figured it was time for bed anyways, so he rolled over an tucked himself into his blankets. While Hex, Bronx and Thorn rolled around in the dirt playing around making sure they didn’t harm each other. Later that night after everyone went to bed Lucien felt something crawling up his leg at first he thought it was Ino but after he told her to stop, it didn’t an when he opened his to see who it was there was nothing there, then he seen his covers moving so he reached down his blankets to find a baby python curling up around his leg. So he used his power to enter the snakes mind an asked it why it was wrapped around its leg only to hear it call him mama. Which shocked Lucien so he explained to the snake that he was not its mother only to hear it call him papa instead an after explaining he was not its father either. The snake just looked at him confused so Lucien asked the young snake it came from, only to hear the reply that Lucien was laying on top of its nest. So Lucien got up only to see one egg shell in a hole where Thorn had shot a fireball hours earlier. So Lucien told the snake it could stay by him for the night but in the morning he would take it back to its parents. An at first light Lucien woke an took the snake into the woods only to find out that the young snake would not leave his side, so Lucien decided to keep the young python so he named it Sabella.



When Lucien returned back to the camp site everyone had already had breakfast, and were starting to pack up their gear. So Lucien rushed to his tent to wake Bronx, Hex, Thorn, and Shadow and to tell them that it was time to go. But before they all left he introduced Sabella to them, an accepted her like family. Then Lucien lowered his hand to let Bronx, Hex and Thorn hop on his hand to go back to Lucien’s pocket. Then Lucien took down his tent and packed up his stuff and headed towards the canoes were everyone was waiting for him. When Lucien boarded the canoe one of the elfin guards noticed something moving around in Lucien’s shirt pocket and tried to see what it was. Only to see Lucien move away from his site. And later out of curiosity the guard asked Abigail if she knew what Lucien was hiding, for he feared for his queen’s life and was afraid Lucien was going to attack her. But Abigail just looked at the elfin guard and told he had nothing to worry about. But even after Abigail told him not to worry about Lucien the guard was still curious of what Lucien was hiding. So later that night after everyone had went to out to find food and old branches to start a fire with, he and the other guards cut holes in Lucien’s tent so they could see what he was hiding. And when Lucien returned to camp he went directly to his tent with Shadow and Sabella at his side. As Lucien entered his tent one guards rushed over to spy on him only to see that he was talking to his wolf and his snake. After awhile the guard got bored an was ready to leave the hole he carved into the tint when he caught a glimpse off Lucien pulling three small creature’s out of his shirt pocket.



The elfin solder was shocked at the site of the creatures; he was even more shocked to see Lucien start talking to these creatures. Just the guard felt a hard object hit him in the top of the head; it was Sierra who had cracked the guard in the head after she checked to see if he was unconscious instead of dead, she dragged him back to the camp fire. Where she waited for him to come to and when the guard come to, Sierra explained to him that he shouldn’t have pied on Lucien and that it was rude that the guard did not trust Lucien enough to overlook a moving pocket. The elfin guard felt a little embarrassed about what he did and out of curiosity the guard asked Sierra why Lucien had those creatures in his tent and where’d he had gotten them from. At first sierra didn’t know what to say, but Lucien had overheard the commotion an stepped out of his tent with Thorn, Bronx and Hex in his hands. Even though the guard had been spying on him Lucien didn’t think Sierra should have cracked him the head with a club. And even though the guard could not see Lucien standing behind him, he still Sierra the same question what the creatures were an were did they come from. Just then Lucien stepped out of the shadows to answer the questions but when he spoke the elf guard drew his blade an put it against Lucien’s throat, but Lucien did not flinch as soon as the guard realized what he was doing the guard removed the blade from Lucien’s throat, and apologized for his actions. After the guard had calmed down an apologized to Lucien, Lucien explained to the guard that the creatures in his tent were not of evil making that in fact he was the last guardian of earth, and not only that he was a dragon knight. An Lucien also told him that the creatures were a dragon named Thorn, a hydra named Hex, and a Cerberus named Bronx. An that they were friends that he had picked up along his way through his journey. And after he explained everything to the guard, Lucien told the guard that he was to keep it all secret, and that no one was to find out until after he and the others met with the queen. The guard agreed and swore tom keep it secret, later that night Lucien had a terrible dream that his father Edger was alive along with most of the other villagers but they were being beaten and forced to work for the evil king of Agratham.



The next morning Lucien awoke covered in sweet he could still hear his heart pounding from the nightmare. When Lucien walked out of his tent he couldn’t help but to recall the nightmare, an when he did he felt a pain like someone thrusting a sword through is heart. After recalling the nightmare Lucien discussed it with Abigail, who told him that the nightmare could be a vision which only made him feel worse. And it made Lucien angry he wanted to kill the king of Agratham for his crimes.
