i would like all to keep this man in thier hearts.

he fought for this great country and believed in what it stood for. he fought 4 tours in vietnam when he only needed to do one. i never understood his absence when i was a child it was not till i got much older that i could apprishiate what he was doing. he was a good father, teacher and listener. this illness that has taken him away from us is the only battle he could not win. he may be gone but never will he be forgot. his memory shall always remain. my dad

You bet he is in my heart.As you are in this time of heartache.And please,even though he might not hear,tell him thank you from myself and my family from the bottom of our hearts.None of us would be enjoying our freedom if it werent for men like your dad.You are lucky to have him ,as he is to have you.

Enjoy your time with him and always remember what a good dad he was/is..and a great soldier.

They are very rare indeed.
