Light the incense
For best results write about the conflict and feelings your having a hard time letting go of.
Write the name of person or about the situation of the conflict when done roll the paper into a loose scroll light your candle and say the following:
"With this candle, on this night
I let go of my attachments to being right. In the space left by this release, my being is filled with healing peace."
Ignite the scroll of paper with the candle flameand let it burn completely in a could or dish. When ashes are cooled gently toss out onto the earth and let the candle burn out.

Pen or pencil
Cauldrin or dish
Frankincens, sandalwood, or sage
