Collective Unconscious

Carl Jung believed that every human carries an inborn, neurologically based element of the unconscious that is manifested in dreams and myth.
The scripts of our dreams and our myths are contained in the collective unconscious; the characters/symbols are called Archetypes: the primal form which all other things of a like nature are descended. In myth, the term refers to characters, ideas, or actions that represent the supreme and/or essential examples of a universal type.
Archetypes – primitive images reflecting universal human experiences that can manifest in dreams and myth.

Types of Sleep:

Complicate Grief
An abnormal grief response that is more intense than normal grief, yet different than clinical depression.
Circumstantial factors such as uncertainty and multiple losses, or when the death is sudden, traumatic or shocking can complicate grief.
Sleep problems for more than 6 weeks, feelings of guilt and hopelessness and impaired ability to manage everyday responsibilities at work, school, and/or home are indicators that an individual may be experiencing complicated grief.
Social factors that may cause shame, embarrassment, or social stigma can complicate grief.
Masked grief is when a person experiences symptoms and behaviors which cause them difficulty but they do not recognize the fact that these are related to the loss.
