Last night I learned that I can be truly successful with the written word. Without a face and a physical voice, using merely written words to communicate my feelings, a best-selling author revered by millions across the globe complimented and encouraged me. Although the words may have been standard for anyone in conversation, I refuse to take them that way. Using them as inspiration is the only way for me to accept them.
And so, I felt the surge of muse infuse my soul like an electrical plug to an outlet. The world is at my fingertips. I just need to pour my soul onto the page.
Today is the day. I'm going to say something that will change your life. I'm going to set off a light bulb in your mind, and you'll never be the same. Isn't this exciting? Well don't bank on it.
A brain, a heart, some courage... people following the yellow brick road aren't the only ones looking for those things. I'm ready for the cheap seats. Heck, they're seats nonetheless.
