I know I should do more... I just hate leveling up. I can't get to rating, and I am fishing for forum ideas still. Third time around, leveling bites the big one.
I am going to work my butt off to Sire this profile by Summer. We'll see what happens. To have it up and running before the 2008 Meetup would be prime :)
Rating is only worth 10%. I've seen many people get Sire with level 28 rates, yet hardly any forum posts. I think I will strive for the oppostie :) Max out on forum posts and barely rate :P
So all I need to focus on is spending a buttload of time online and serious forum activity. That means I will need some help with threads I will even bother opening. Start a lot of my own. Same old tired topics though.
I have another idea that may shoot me staight up with forum posts- but that's depending on the new site Cancer is unveiling soon.
The forum is challenging for me mostly because I came here being a huge fan of vampire fiction. I am not really that interested in human vampirism. After being here for quite some time, I am totally bored with the conversations, and I want to get back to talking about fun, fantastical things. As a writer, this is just me. I am not talking about brining RPG to the main forum, but talking about fiction- and MEANING it to be fiction.
I'll continue to think of ficitonal topics and post them in the forum.
Looks like I have found (or they found me) a Coven to spend my time in while en route to Sire :)
I'll be looking for a Society that wants to hold this profile while I level it up. Knowing that I of course have intentions on leaving as soon as I complete that :) At this point, there's only a couple I am interested in hanging in.
Because I know the nature of those who like to snag people without asking (ha), I will not update my status until the Society I want to go to is online and ready to click that 'induct' button :D
I'm also thinking about what the hell to use as an avatar here. I'm at a loss. I wouldn't mind using one of my own photos... maybe I can find one that is New Orleans-esque.
And a stamp? I think I may have to go bug Faithnomore about that :)
