In a room full of dreams
Rockstar posters on the walls
Music playing out loud
Trying to drown out her pain
Soulless glossy eyes
Stare from soulless broken dolls
Watching her life pass by
Watching as she falls apart
Now much older
At last she should be safe
Her fears behind her now
But nothing can replace
The lost years of a child
And no matter how she tries
She always feels out of place
And in the darkness she finally screams
As she slashes calmly at her face
