A difficult day today. I got a letter through from the hospital basically telling me that they cancelling my appointment for end of April and reschedualing it for beginning of September.
Suppose It is a good thing as i now dont miss out on either of my sons birthdays with being laid up in bed. But it could mean that i am laid up for christmas which is kind of upsetting and annoying.
Still not told the kids as yet and am not looking forward to sharing it neither. But at least they dont have to worry for the extra time now.
Whilst sat watching the weather report for tonight, the weatherman said to watch out for freezing foggy patches. Just looked my window to see if their was a freezing gog patch. Hell i cant even see the houses across the street and can just about make out the street lamp.
Going to grab some sleep now as their is a Red Velvet cake in my fridge whispering to me and im not cutting into it tonight.
Been one of those days again. My youngest was not even in school for an hour when they phoned. According to them he was hot and pale looking. I dont get much of an option in telling the school that he most likely will bounce back in an hour or so not with his Autism.
So even though he didnt want to leave i took him out of school and he has been home with me since. He has not been sick and has been quite lively. I cant blame the school for being over cautious as a boy past away over the weekend with meningitis and their has been two cases of Swine flu in the last week so guess they are just playing it safe. Anyway i managed to do most things i had planned for and my boy hasnt been sick at all so he shall be going back into school tomorrow.
My new boots and shoes came today am chuffed to bits as feet shall be comfortable now.
Hmmm so i am sat here with a hot water bottle for my knee. It has slightly gotten cold here. Not as cold as other parts of the agreed but still feeling it. Have eaten alot of berries today as am substituting it for veggies for a while. Only so much carrot sticks i can munch on before i balk at it.
My phone has constantly been active with my friend due to give birth, but still no sign of active labor. No sign and she is becoming impatient. Driving everyone insane beyond belief. Am going out for a few hour tomorrow with my eldest. He is hinting that he wants to go to the pool hall for a few games and to thrash me. So shall play nicely unless he becomes to cocky.
My youngest has calmed down after a total meltdown last week and attacking me. Thankfully he is in a good mood so should be a small while before the next outburst.
Has not helped that my Psoriasis has flared up nicely and so im walking out in public with a hat on to avoid the looks of what people once again assume to be a bad case of dandruff lol
So i woke up to a white winter wonderland once again. Fortunately the rain is doing a good job of washing it all away.
Been a good day. My eldest had his friend in and so i cooked up berry pancakes and it went down well to the point they both licked the plates.
They are both going out tomorrow into town to meet up with his cousin who is also my sons girlfriend. So love is in the air. I cant deny him his first crush to spend valentines day together. The kids are off school till monday as its in service holidays. Seems their are more of those flippin in service holidays than what there was when i was at school.
Its kind of thrown my youngest once again out of his daily routine but we shall muddle through it as best as we can.
So the medication i got from the docs for my ear infection suck. I cant take any heartburn or indigestion remidies for two hours after i take the meds. I wouldnt mind so much but it has left me on a lettuce diet. I now know how a rabbit feels and its not funny. Water and lettuce as an evenings meal :(
It is painful the ear inffection so guess i shall to suffer a little extra to get better..........
Its not the ear drops i am having issues with. Its the oral tablets i have to take that goes with the ear drops.

So woke up to a white winter wonderland this morning!
Had to go out in it this morning. I had a doctors appointment to find out what was going on with my right ear. At the beginning of January i had to take a late night trip to the A+E as swelling had formed on the back of my head and down my neck. Turned out i had an inner and outer ear infection. So had taken the antibiotics prescribed and seemed to be working wonders. But Sunday evening my head started to become again along with the ear. So i had every intention of going to the doctors yesterday but what with my eldest being so caring and sharing his breakfast in school i had to delay it for a day. He still has not been sick since then and shall be returning to school tomorrow.
But anyhow the doctor told me my infection had returned and that the eardrum appeared to be inflamed so yet more ear drops and more medication to swallow. Have to go back in two weeks to see if it is all cleared up if not then shall have to be refered to the E.N.T. section and see what they plan to do. But i already know that if it does not clear up i can expect a good ear draining. So dont need this on top of other news from last week with regards to my knees. I may as well it would appear book myself into the hospital for at least 2 months and just let them get on with it all at the same time. Whilst they are at it if a surgeon would like to slice and dice some of my extra weight off then that be wonderful................I know chances are it s not going to happen but heck a girl can only ask.
But anyhow after i had left the health center i went into town with my eldest and we did some shopping.Somehow we came back with more than i had initially thought about buying. Shall not be making that mistake again going out shopping with him. We came back putting away the shopping and then visited the neighbors. Neighbors still dont get as to how their cat sits only on my lap and no one elses. What can i say cats like me. He is part ferral but he dont go for me and sits on my lap never once biting me.
We left an hour or so later and came back waiting for my youngest to return home. He has had a good day it would appear at school. The snow has melted away but we are due some more again this week. So shall just have to wait i guess.
So Scottish weather has decided to go all out and have a four season in one day. Started off with heavy rain and wind blowing furiously. We then had a flurry of snow followed by sunshine. Hmmm what else was in store for today i wondered and whilst on here talking away to someone i was saying it was the beginning of a new week a fresh start.
Only my eldest who was at that current point in school throwing up. So i got dressed and didnt even finish off my morning cup of tea to do the mad dash down to collect him. He is fine now so far so good. He has not been sick again and im hoping he is not. Fingers crossed.
My friend in England recieved her baby package that i posted on friday to her. She has commented it will require a blow torch and at least 5 years of un wrapping but something for her hubby to have fun at whilst she eats her weird cravings.
The mother in law complained about the weight of it and wondered if i had posted down one of my kids. Now the silly cow has gone and put ideas in my head.
Still not even half way through my day yet. Dont you just love mondays :)
Clearly one of those weeks i could have done well with out.
Sunday has arrived and im still here.....The earth is still turning and my kettle is boiling. Cuppa tea time me thinks before my youngest works his way up to an aggression attack.
Took him out this morning to the shops. He is in need once again and it is fast becoming an expensive habbit.
But with other kids in the shop it was a temptation for him and so although he did not lash out and behaved himself he is working up to one.
I have many thoughts about this place. However it was certainly confirmed for me today and so now i shall view most things if not all things as below.
Well done to the individual who wondered if we could be friends. Enjoy this journal entry cause its all you will get and i have to say on the last couple of days.
