I'm thinking about going back to college.



I said, I'm thinking about going back to college. Yeah, it still doesn't sound right even when I say it twice.



I tried college back when my son was just born, that was 13 years agoish. Then I tried to do hair school, yeah, me. I did nearly 75% of it, got all A's across the board. Had to transfer just from the same school to another location, that's it. They considered it a drop out. A what? Yeah, my reaction too.



After I got socked with an INCREDIBLE amount of money to the school, I swore no more college for me at all. Hmmmph. Not because I want too, but because I have too.



There's no way I can crack into the event planning gig without that damned degree. Tried for 2 years even with experience, nothing. So if I have that stupid piece of paper it should help. Not be the God sent, but help. Yeah, I'm reading good threads, grads saying that they graduated and can't get a job in their field. That's mostly cause when they go to school they don't work in their field hopefully pretty close somehow to it.



Myself, I'm going to work f/t probably at an office or hotel, use that money for nocturne and get rid of the damned bills from the last school mess up. So work f/t, do the school thing p/t, and get involved with the clubs and what not inside the subject I want.



My shtick I have right now, my age. Dude I'm 34. I know I'll be surrounded with 18 year olds, but I promised myself I would have a house when I'm 40 and I need a career finally. I can do this, I know I can.



If nothing else I've proven myself that I can get good grades, let's just hope I can actually get a decent job, and scholarships and stuff.

What the fuck I won't do for Nocturne.

Well so far so good. My Daniel's tests came out pretty darn good, exceptional improvement says the doc comparing his asophagus from about 3 years ago. We were expecting the worst, but happily we got the best. Thank the Gods. He is still feeling icky, but we are thinking maybe since there is a stomach bug about, maybe Dans immune system just got hit extra hard.



So his blood is good, the pictures came out wonderful, and now we are waiting for the biopsys results from these tests. Sitting tight and being patiant.
