Mystical texts present angels as heavenly beings created by God who are not endowed with free will
Watching us down here must sometimes be a bitter pill
Messangers that bringforth the darkness or light
Sent forth by god’s hand and firey plight
Seeking help and never really knowing if you are really ever heard
Some deserving hell for that person is a turd
I am not saying we are all blessed in seeing them here
I am not saying they are not in a war up there
I see them as more than wings of sound
I see them where God can be found
Primary term for "angel" is "malakh” meaning "to send."
However they are here for us till the very end
Angel of light, angel of dark
Bring forth that spark
Raphael
Michael
Gabriel
Uriel
With there wings and arms
They take all the sorrow away and disarm
Bringing forth a guardian to my light
To protect me day and night
Invoking the angels and their charge
Some are like animals called Fravashi., some small some large
In all religions they do come to us ever watching with care
Seen thru the centuries as watchers that stare
Angel of light, angel of dark
Bring forth that spark
Raphael
Michael
Gabriel
Uriel
Come forth from the heavens as far as I can tell.
