I lay on the cold dark grass

A spiritual moment on time

Some have no cause rhythm or rhyme

It stirs the core beliefs of who you are

Making you burst forth like a star



The awakening is the essence of who you are and what you are meant to be

It goes beyond the physical and is much deeper then one’s eye can see

One day I awoke and something inside

Changed my view and wow what a joy ride

Suddenly you feel different about the people around you

Seeing the colors in a different hue

Smells more deep and true



The world around me more vivid and my body then shifted

There was a hunger and something inside that was lifted

My evolution near at hand

Walking with an air of command

The rage and anger stirred like a melting pot

The hate and pain did die and rot

My environment moved and did sway

Making me ill and craving something in the night not day



One day I hurt myself and taste the blood

Out pouring of visions and a huge flood

Of emotions did come to be
