So my last dream had me sharing what seemed to be a military style barracks room with three females. Oh yeah, depending on the individual, self-satisfying oneself using Porn and Sex Toys will have little to no negative impact on one's ability to achieve orgasm or desire to have sex with another.
If not due to a health, psychological or emotional issue, then maybe it's the attraction to or compatibility with the other person that is the issue.
