After Facing 54 Years in Jail, Cannabis Activist Charlo Greene Wins Legal Battle:
In 2014, Charlo Greene, then an anchor at local Anchorage, Alaska CBS affiliate KTVA News, presented a televised story about the Alaska Cannabis Club, a medical marijuana storefront where qualified medical marijuana patients could connect with home growers to access the plant. Before closing segment, Greene revealed herself as the owner of the Cannabis Club, before departing her TV news gig with the now-famous on-air exclamation, “Fuck it, I quit.”
In October 2015, more than a year after Greene quit her anchor job, state police raided the Alaska Cannabis Club, confiscated six pounds of pot, and charged Greene with 10 felonies and four misdemeanors.
According to the Alaska Dispatch News, now, after two years of court dates and uncertainty, Greene’s legal woes have come to a close. On Monday, Greene filed a single guilty plea in Anchorage Superior Court, admitting to selling pot illegally in 2015. Greene will be fined $10,000, but will not serve any time behind bars for the felony conviction. As a part of her plea agreement, prosecutors have dropped the remaining 13 charges.

Can medical marijuana for veterans move forward in 2019?
WASHINGTON — Rep. Lou Correa thinks 2019 could finally be the year that medical cannabis becomes legal for veterans nationwide.
“What do you tell a veteran who has brought back invisible scars and those opioids aren’t doing a darn thing for them?” the California Democrat said in a recent interview with Military Times.
“They say cannabis works for them. How do you argue against that? I don’t think there is a legitimate argument to oppose it.”
Correa, who sits on the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, has been pushing legislation since last spring that would require the Department of Veterans Affairs to research whether medical marijuana may be a safe and effective treatment for post-traumatic stress, chronic pain and other war wounds. He plans on re-introducing the measure early in the next Congress.
“Every day they find new medical uses for cannabis,” he said. “It’d be sad if we continued to keep putting our heads in the sand.”

Now I have to upload to Google Drive from my phone, download to my hard drive, Move to my Editor, Edit, Combined, Save multiple and combined files as a 1 new file, Upload to YouTube and/or The WeedTube.
Each upload or download takes about an hour or more so that's 4 hours or more before It's live to the public.
That's why I do it the night before....But, I fell asleep before reviewing it last night. LOL!
I've said it before, it has been predicted that Cannabis Legalization will happen worldwide at some point.
I've said, as well as others, that the Big 4 (Governments, Pharmaceuticals, Tobacco, and Alcohol) WILL seek to capitalize on this fact while double dipping in the process by lobbying and contributing to delay the full legalization in order to continue seeing profits from their industries and actions and then since they can't beat them, they will join those financially benefiting from attempting to utilize cannabis to fatten their pockets to make up for the revenue they will lose when cannabis is legalized across the planet.

Passed Out -
So during the last less than 10 minutes of my 2nd 60-minutes Sauna Treatment, I think I passed out!!! All I remember is coming to with my knees and feet jammed between the bottom of the wooden bench and the front-inside sauna frame and me supporting myself on my hands, arms straight, wondering WTF just happened? Why are my legs jammed and why does my left eye hurt and why does my lip sorta-kinda hurt and why do I taste glass, but there was no broken glass. All I could deduce is I got so high after recording my Wednesday video and having open the door to place my cell phone on the mat outside the sauna and closing the door again, for some reason after I shut the door, time disappeared. I blacked out or passed out or whatever! So anyway, I un-jammed my legs and set back down wondering what had happened? Scenario #1: I reopened the door to retrieve my cell phone and fell over once the cooler air hit me as it rushed in on me while I'm high and bending over hitting the door with my face as soon as I opened the door since the bench is so low all I needed to do was stay seated, open the door, bend over and reach out and retrieve my cell phone orrrrrrrrr Scenario #2: I was just sitting there, minding my own business waiting for the minutes to tick down and and the high temperature, high from medicating and weight loss just doesn't mix causing me to pass out and lending forward where my face did make contact with the glass door enough to open it without causing damage to it nor my face, but enough to wake me just in time to extend my arms to catch me from face planting on my floor? Hmmmm...I shall never know.
Squelch or Screech?
Then while the lights were off, I was in mid-motion to step down on the first step to go downstairs when I heard a noise like a squelch or screech. Didn't sound human, nor like Bandit nor mechanical. It sounded Primal! My foot had not even landed on the step and I was supporting myself by holding on to the side-safety railing on my right side and the stair wall on my left side. Listening. Just Listening. I heard nothing but cold silence. High Thought #1: That wouldn't be as I would imagine how a Ghost would sound. Besides, The Gothic Warlock Lord is the only Dark Soul that haunts the halls of Bakerland. Hight Thought #2: There is some sort of monster in my house downstairs, I should get my gun first. High Thought #3: It ate Bandit because I don't hear him at all. No barking or jumping on his fence. Nothing but silence. Hight Thought #4: I think I just achieved an 8.5 on the High Chart! Sweet! That's a New Record by a half point! So fuck it, I shape my own reality, even while High. So I think it was the Screech of an Inter-Dimensional Creature from the Dark Realm attempting to gain access to the Gothic Warlock Lord's Lair and discovered that it is....Physically protected by multiple weapons including the owner as well as Magickally Warded against all forms of mystical attacks including those originating from interdimensional means. I would suppose it was like a fly hitting an outdoor zapper or hitting a force-field at light speed. Yuck!
So while taking communion in my sauna with Lady Cana, thoughts of a spiritual nature came to me as I took myself to higher places, elevating my mind and opening my third eye.
So I begin to think about the Soul. How it is pure Energy invisible to the naked eye. That it is thrown into a human body and trapped in it for the purpose of experiencing "life" through human senses until released upon Transition.
I can't prove it, but it is my personal belief, one that I choose to live by, that once a Soul is released and transitions back into pure Energy, there is some sort of judgment that occurs and either that Soul is forced back into another body to repeat another life cycle or it is allowed to remain part of the great collective, the great ALL, the Spirit Of The Universe (SOTU).
My mind also thought about how EVERYTHING is made up of energy. There are entire plains of existence within plains of existence and no matter how much we would love to explore other plains of existence physically instead of just being able to view them through a microscope, the body our Soul is trapped in must abide by the laws of Nature. Our cosmic power as being part of SOTU is limited by our physical form.
I also believe the Soul is located in the brain.
Then my mind showed me images of how there is some truth in conspiracies and movies made and or written by those that may have partaken of Cannabis. Think of the 1999 movie The Matrix. I'd bet money that someone had THC flowing through their DNA to make that movie.
I feel that in a way I am living in The Matrix, but detached from it to some degree. There is a mutual understanding between me and those who dominate Earth that I can be unplugged from The Matrix, but only if I agree to abide by the rules of The Matrix while being 'Awaken'.
Yes, there are degrees of which one can be unplugged from The Matrix.
The ultimate unplug is to transition from this life to the After Life.
One degree of unplugging is to remove oneself from any known society, find space on earth not claimed by any government or other power or authority, then hope that space can provide for you the bare necessities to live (i.e. food, shelter, clothing, etc.).
The degree of unplugging I have chosen is to detach from a part or parts of the programming to Work, Buy, Consume, Obey, Marry and Reproduce, just as shown in the 1988 movie 'They Live'.
Then it dawned on me that every 11 years, a hit movie is released in the U.S. dealing with some sort of an Alternate Reality or Altered Perception of One's Reality.
1977 Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Friendly Alien Visitors)
1988 They Live (Aliens Controlling our Perception)
1999 The Matrix (Machines Controlling our Perception)
2010 Inception (Man Controlling our Perception)
My take away from my trip to higher places is by retiring early and no longer subjected to the demands of employment, I get to study The Matrix outside of some of its programming while still remaining within the comfort of The Matrix by virtue of being alive.
Therefore, I'm allowed to benefit from the Matrix and be aware of its design and purpose as long as I obey its laws as enforced by its agents.
Deal! However, once I transition, I will be completely free of The Matrix and existing on a different plane of an alternate reality. Whatever that may be.
