Thinking proves nothing. The observation of your thinking proves that you are NOT your mind..nor your body. There is something more.



We have come to listen to the sounds of the vessel we inhabit and believe it to be real. Fear keeps us from becoming who we actually are. The ego is based on self-preservation and will hold onto any fear to justify its existence.



There is nothing but the present...but the mind holds us to the past and the future. The past experience influences what we see/hear/feel/touch. The future holds either a promise of better things to come or fear of calamities. While focusing on either...we miss the "now". The present is the only reality. Nothing happens in the past or the future...only right now.



Until we start living each moment as our only reality, we will always be living in an illusion: the one our egos create.
