I am going to say this is a spell entry because it IS magick.

I love posting about magick b/c what i post people can learn from.



Close your eyes and concentrate on yourself. See yourself alone in a plain of darkness. Now see the glowing or sometimes swirling mist or rivers of energy within you. Study your energy well and learn as much as you can. Now open yourself to the world around you. With this and time and will you should eventually begin to sense and feel the energies around you.



That is my first post on psionics for the newbie to the art. it is short and does not cover it well enough at ALL but i make due with that i have.
