This is very good and simple ..



1 1/2 pds ground beef

2 packs taco seasoning

3 cans kidney beans drained

2 8 oz cream cheese

4 cups cheddar cheese

tortilla chips



brown ground beef ,drain add taco seasoning .. and water .. cook as directed on package ..



take cream cheese and spread on bottom of a 9x13 in pan .. layer beans and ground beef .. then top with cheddar cheese .. bake for 20 min ..

You can add green chili's if you like a kick ..

serve with tortilla chips .. and your favorite toppings :)

1 pk yellow cake mix

1 pk cheesecake pudding ( 4 serving size_

1 can ( 8oz) crushed pineapple undrained

3 eggs

1/2 cup veg oil

1 cup coconut shredded



preheat oven 350 grease 2 8x4 pans

beat cake mix pudding mix,pineapple , eggs, water and oilin large bowlfor 2 min stire in coconut pour in pans



Bake 45-50 min til toothpick comes out clean .

cool in pans 10 min remove to wire rack cool completely
