My sister; gloomygurl, got into a fight today with this girl. Unfortunately it was at school and now she may be up for expulsion, but still, it was wicked. My sister grabbed this girl by the back of her head and threw it into the teacher lounge door. They went over to the left side and my sister threw her head into the brick wall. A teacher had come to try and stop them, and all 3 ended up falling. My sister threw the girls face into the ground and was pushing on it hard. The teacher started to pul them up and the other girl was trying to hit and bite my sister with not that much success. Finally, a grip of teachers came and broke it up and that other girl was trying to pull my sisters hair out! Well all the was over an elapsed time of like 5 minutes but it felt like 30. All I have to say is that my sister whoop on that girls ass... GO KALI!

I went to court yesterday because I got into a car accident a year ago on the 18th of August. The other person in my car accident died, and so I am going to court for Murder. (Involuntary Vehicular Manslaughter, or Murder for short) Yesterday, they told me that My skid mark, might not be MY skid mark. Which is good because they are trying to say that I didnt Stop. First, let me tell you about my accident before I go any further.

On the early morning (2-2:30AM) of August 18th 2004, I was going home from a friends house. I remember telling my friend to call me in 30 minutes make sure I got home ok, and that is the last thing I remember. Supposedly what happened was, (from the police) I pulled up to an intersection where there was a stop sign for only my side. I didn't stop at the stop sign and a man hit me. I was driving a 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger, and he was driving a 1998 Honda Civic. He hit me right in between my front right fender, and my passenger door. he hit me just right and ripped the front end of my car off, and then his car swung around clashed with mine, and then made his car do a 360. I got thrown out of my PASSENGER WINDOW (I was the driver and only person in my car) and then his car blew up while he was unconcious and still inside. A police officer happend to be driving down the street I was on (that street is deserted at night) and found a burning car. I was flown to a Mission Hills hospital in critical condition. This is what happened to me; I had a piece of glass in my right eye, the skin on my right shoulder was shaved off, I was bleeding internaly do to a kidney and liver laceration (on my right side), my right ankle was broken, I split my head open in 2 spots (one from hitting my head open on the way out of my window, and the other from landing I'm assuming), skin was shaved off of my right leg on the calf (really deep), big chunk of skin missing by my right eye as well as skin shaved off as well with asphalt stuck in my face at a tattoo level (so it will never come out without laser surgery) and on my right elbow, there were pieces of glass imbeded in my skin as well as asphalt.

I was in the hospital for 3 weeks and in a coma for 2. So they are trying to charger me with his murder even though he was 2 times over the legal limit to be drunk and with almost 130' of skid marks. But I am the one at fault. I don't remember the accident, hes dead and no witness'. I am going through hell. I go back to court on the 8th of December.
