Venting negative emotions

Just a feeling: somehow and somewhere far something is just to far to the left. It's just wrong enough to be a bother but go mostly unnoticed. There is that sinking feeling in my stomach, because I cannot find the problem, let alone fix it. It's a simple fix, I suppose? Or maybe, things are positioned perfectly, and it is me that needs to be slid into place- fixed. But I'm stuck, immovable. I want to be anywhere but here. I do not want to feel anymore. I do not want to feel.

Said company is still holding my money hostage, and I am angry about it. I will just rant here, because raving at support staff never gets anyone anywhere. I am doing my best to "keep calm" and I feel as though no one is taking me seriously. Just wait 24 to 48 hours has turned into I don't think anyone is handling your case and I need 24 to 72 hours, resend the information. But that's okay. There is a Plan B. I'm documenting everything.

Vent part 2

So, turns out the bank is open today. I called. They told me to come into the building. I get to building, there is a line to get inside. I get to the door, I'm told I need an appointment. I call, they set me up for an appointment...on Tuesday. Why did they tell me to come in today? Why did they fail to mention I need an appointment? I can't even ask questions because they are all ignoring my attempts to talk to them at door. Angry doesn't even begin to describe how I feel...with the company that overcharged me and the bank

So if proving to the company that they did indeed charge you twice, could you not simply log into your bank account online and copy and paste the two transactions that cleared your account and took your money into a text or email and send it to the company?

The money went somewhere right? So safe to say there is an electronic footprint.

If that doesn't work, yeah, it will take working with your bank to flag the 2nd charge as fraudulent.

Once that is done, your bank should reimburse you and investigate what happened.

It sucks when financial errors happen right before or during a weekend or holiday.

That's one reason institutions such as Pay Day Loans and Pawn Shops are so popular. smh

I was charged twice. The company has no record of me being charged twice. The bank is closed until Tuesday. I am not confident I will get my money back. It's not a small sum. So, I'm feeling like I want to destroy something.
