I slipped up and talked to him again. And despite everything, we belong together. Huh? Every time he says he loves me, I feel despair.
I thought things were looking up, until I read this article about break-ups and relationships and realized, oh crap, I'm damaged goods now.
I've had a broken heart, and I may never get over it? I may never find romantic love, and if I do, memories of my first tragic relationship will ruin it?
It pains me when people are hurt, and even more when I feel like I'm the cause. I cannot bear to watch anyone cry. Should I even bother with relationships in the future? Or is providing a disclaimer enough- "Waiting on the other shoe to drop?"

You can go through heart break and still move on to have better relationships... Just make sure you've moved on, give it time, and make sure you're ready if you ever want to start a new relationship.
You aren't damaged goods, you can move on and find a beautiful relationship.
All u need is time... We all once go through broken heart..wounds heal eventually..scars remain but it only means we r strong more then we think
their advice s good.
only accept a label like damaged goods if you want it.
I've been ignoring him and he leaves a voicemail threatening to get out of my life for good. Well, good. Now were getting somewhere. Finally, an end to the nonstop calls, texts, fb messages, etc?
