hm. where to start? this is an important week for the company call center in nm. the company overlord of the west region has stopped in for a looksee, and there are bigger wigs coming out through to the weekend.



tomorrow is going to be a very big day. and of course its timed perfectly with that wonderful time of the month for me. big boss looks beside himself and very stressed. i know he would be the best director for this site and i am pushing with everything i have to help that along.



i felt a little depressed today. again, its' that time of the month. i cried when i woke up and now i'm home trying to relax with a glass of cold wine and a laptop.

This is for work related silliness. Because there's a lot of it once you're in management.

Why does it take 16 min to ask a fact finding question that pertains to the customer's issue? Seriously? Well at least this time Pete wasn't rude. He was actually very nice and cordial.
