Constructive Criticism Without Self Examination?

It is no wonder the majority of public forum threads are being contributed to by lesser ranked people.
They are least likely to have been admitted to a House and have only the experience with certain "forum whores". And I do so hate to use such a term, but in some cases it is most accurate.
I read this eve of someone ranting a tad on the profiles and filling such in. How rating was a personal endeavor and so forth. How that each of us shouldn't be so upset over how others rate as it is both a personal and indvidual matter.
However, this same individual "Stamps" profiles upon rating, asking them to re-rate upon examination of updates.
Can we say ironic, or hypocritical?
Self-examination is the only way to afford constructive criticism, or in simpler terms, " Those in glass houses........"
Not Every Question Has To Have An Answer02:00 Feb 07 2006

Not every puzzle needs to be completed.
Not every riddle needs a resolution.
Not every query needs a solution.
Not everything needs to be dictated, explained, listed and filed away.
Have we forgotten that the journey holds just as much fascination and motivation as the destination?
Have you looked onto the path you tread to know that its scenery and its own beauty is to be taken in and enjoyed as much as the final arrival?
There is as much motivation, passion, and inspiration to be taken in just by merely being.
It is not ours to learn the answers to all things, it is not our will to know them. How sullen and very fickle we would all become should we know them.
The longing, desire, and passion that first led you to this dark recess of the world is perhaps all you may ever find.
Will that be enough to quench your thirst?
