What the hell is wrong with people's spelling nowadays?



I've been known to misspell a word or two here and there and my puntuation sometimes leaves a lot to be desired but even on my worst day it is nothing like the horrendous crap I've seen on here.



I guess the school system really is as bad as they are making it out to be, or.....maybe, just maybe the people typing have become too lazy to type out a whole word, not to mention the majority of them have no clue as to how to look up a word in a dictionary for spelling purposes. I wonder if they realize how ignorant they really look?

I swear to God I was on a profile today and you would have thought that the persons keyboard did not contain the letter S. Everything that should have ended in an S ended with the letter Z... WTF?



I realize that we are dealing with the "IM" generation with all the PPL and Sk8ers and all that other BS, but give me a break, this is a website not an IM, learn the difference and write appropriately.



How do these people get on in life, do they do the same thing on their job applications?



I'm going to go beat my head on the desk for awhile!
