I swear I'm an emotional masochist! I do shit that I know will hurt me just so that I'll numb out and disassociate. It's like cutting only it's my soul that's bleeding not my body.

I've been thinking about my Grandmother's who both passed away this year. It's been such a huge loss of family history and lore. I can't help regretting not taking advantage of all the time I had to talk with them and get to know them and their stories.

It seems to be a part of the human condition to take what we have for granted and then regret it when its gone.

i lost both sets of my grandparents realy close to gether and was hard to get over and have not all the way yet .

i was realy close to my fathers mom becasuse she rasied me my mom has been disabled most of my life and she even had to spend most the time in hospitals so when we were young my brother who is also gone on to the other side and my sister and me were all but rased by her. and my grandfather on my dads side my moms mom and dad batist preachers they both were in the church all there life . they had a great life 6 kids who are all very sucessful .

when i look back at them and my brother now i feel bad to did not spend as much time as i would have liked thanking them for what they did for me .

and with my bro i know i will see him again its just hard not having him to share the days with .

Tonight I dine on "Crap and Beans", well it's actually pork and beans, but my friend asked what I made for dinner and I told her I had made some "beans and crap." Hence, the name "Crap and Beans" has been born.
