I just wanted to let everyone know that I have finally moved. Yeee HAAAA We are just waiting for them to finish painting our apartment. The noise from the bars below us where we were staying was driving me up the wall, I literally thought I was going to loose my mind. Anyhoo, we should be settled in there completely this mid week .. I just can't wait to get the phone hooked up so that I can finally talk to my dughter and family. While that is the great news, the bad news is that I poped my lower back last Saturday the 25th. At first I thought everything was fine. So I took a shower and while I was dressing I had a very sharp pain. Since then I've not been able to stand straight up nor walk without any pain, and I find myself leaning towards the right as I'm doing so to ease the pressure. I saw my family doctor this week and he's given me some medicine to help with the pain, but even Loritabs don't cut it. I have to see the ortho doctor as soon as possible, which that in itself has been a major problem, one clinic I made an appointment with isn't until October. We (my doctor and myself) are trying to get me in sooner. I believe I may have crushed a few disc's or something. As this is pain is far worse then any back pain I've been living with all my life. It's causing pain not only in my back but my hips as well. I'll keep you updated. In the meantime I've been taking it easy, it couldn't have happened at a worse time though, we were supposed to move our things last weekend, but had to push it back a few days because of this. But, we finally got things moved and should be fully settled by the end of next week.
