A life took a little change

One word and then another

The hurt no longer remained



Love came from somewhere unknown

Never looking..emerged from the shadows

Was never looking but there it was

And it broke down that brick wall



Love is knowing that someone cares

That they stand beside you through laughter and tears

Is there when you need a hug or a smile

No matter how far apart you are



I will find that love someday..without the hurt and the pain

For now it stays within my dreams

Til I wake one day to its reality

I'll follow that path when it crosses mine

For now in dreams it remains
