I just finished watching The Mark Twain Award for Comedy Special on PBS.....



Wait.... I know.... "Hawk watching PBS? Has Hell frozen over?"



Let me explain....



The Mark Twain Award for Comedy was presented to the late, but still great George Carlin.



I got to revisit Carlin's funniest bits....



and got to hear other great comedians pay tribute to the True Counter Culture King of Comedy.



but there was a huge irony.....



They filmed the special for PBS at the Kennedy Center in Washingston DC....



so they couldn't curse.....



they even bleeped out all of Carlin's bits for the Audience.....



The man who was being honored for saying the seven words you can't say on TV or Radio.....



still couldn't say them!!!!!



Even in death George Carlin is the FCCs greatest enemy...



George must be laughing is ass off!!!!!
