The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Well today I had an appointment with a neurosurgeon. I have to have surgery in Three days. I have to get a CT Myelogram tomorrow. Heard they really suck, hehehe "holds percocet in hand" PAIN PILLS!!! lol



I get my pre op physical on wednesday and the surgery on thursday. I am having a cervical fusion done and that should stop pain. If use of arm is going to come back it should be back within a year, if not then, it will not come back.



So talk about waaay too much input I was like

!@.@! I am still in shock.



I don't think am gonna be up for drugged up messaging on thurs or friday, gotta be in hospital overnight. EEEEK! No Rave!! lol. Don't think my friends would like it either.



Well, I guess that's the end of my rant. Write later. If you read it thanks for that.

I have been neglecting my journal as of late.



I think I will just work my way forward from the oldest to the newest things going on lol.



This is something that happened to me awhile ago as many of my friends know I have been troubled with a psychotic stalker ex (sounds dramatic, but what is is) He caught me outside of work when I had let my guard down and attacked me and in the process injured my neck. Well this injury has turned into major ordeal and have just found out that I have damage to my accessory nerve in the neck. This is the nerve that controls the trapezious muscle in my shoulder and as a result the muscle has atrophied and my shoulder no longer works. I can't lift my arm from the shoulder and am in constant unrelenting pain.



I am looking at surgery and will find out more when I see the orthopedic surgeon on the 18th of this month. Worse case scenerio is a muscle transplant with good recovery (of a sort) or facing up to my arm being disabled. In the grand scheme of things not horrible, but to someone that has always been the one to help and do everything for themselves, this is a terrible blow to my self esteem which has always been in short supply lol.



Well, now that I ranted and got that out I would like to move onto happier things that being here on the Rave. As always my friends here lift my spirits and keep my sanity (for the most part , lol).



I am now in the Coven of the Screaming Banshee with my dearest friend and Sister of the heart Mysticmoon (Julie) I had been in the coven of Heightened Spirits, but GruesomeTendancies was forced to have Julie close it and move us all to her coven as real time issues prevented him from being on line for many months.



We are a crazy zany group of people that have all become one family and to say we enjoy the hell out of each other would be an understatement lol. We are great and work hard at being a family.



Lastly my greatest news is that I have finely reached the level of Sire! Wooo hoooo! YAY me! lol. It took some doing, but I am here now. Thanks to all of you that congratulated and congrats to all of my friends that have made it there also!



Well that's it for now I will try to get in here more often than I have been. Hope I didn't bore anyone and to those of you that read these entries....Thanks for that! Maybe it will help you understand when I go goofy on you at times.
