The quiet, timid student brought an un-expecting horror to the girls of the senate staff. What started out as, what they thought, was a harmless encounter on the internet soon turned to a fear for their safety and security.
They would pass by me, in the hallways, and smile; maybe even wink. Their teasing and taunting drove me to the point of insanity, or maybe just to an attraction, which no one could ever imagine. It was the only way I could show them what I was capable of doing, what they were missing; how good it would be to feel the intense emotions I had pent-up inside. They were captivated by my words and the appearance I presented to them. My words spoke of the intelligence and strength I, myself, had; but none of them truly noticed. I only wanted to give them the excitement they craved after and the love that I felt, toward them.
The words were mild, in the beginning, and then they grew to the elevation I thought these girls wanted to reach - The height of passion and the encouragement of flattery. I spoke of tying them up and seducing them, after all don’t most think of these things as exciting? I included the ideas of getting them together, as a group, and making them watch as I, or another individual, seduce their friends. I described their homes, their friends, and even their families with great detail. Letting them know that there was no place to hide, that I would find them anywhere, at any turn, at any time.
I will teach them not to ignore me. I have the same feelings as everyone else. I, unlike others, have the intellect and the technology to show them. I am the “real” man here…

This letter was found shortly after raiding his home, but not before he disappeared. So be careful, he is still at large – and he is a master of deception. Beware of that quiet person you see. Be kind, but not too kind; you never know if they’re the quiet ones.

His eyes opened. Shady and distorted figures occupied his view from any angle or direction in which he turned. The air had a damp, stifling odor to it. The odor and cloudy atmosphere made the room seem to close in on him and give no escapable route.
The images around him slowly developed a character of their own, and his senses began to be aware of his surroundings. His focus, now clear and visually intact, was not a concern to him anymore; the throbbing within his head was his main interest now. The dull pain drove deep within his mind and seemed to burrow into his soul. His eyes burned, and his mouth tasted like coal that’s been soaked in kerosene. His body shook uncontrollably, and sweat broke through all his pores. His clothes were drenched and clung to him like static-cling socks out of a dryer.
A chill now devoured his entire body, and everything around him dissolved away into the abyss of his mind. The whole world closed in, and even sounds were no longer present, as he closed his eyes on another day. Night fell upon him, but he was not aware of the time for there were no windows to show the end of such.
He was awakened by screams and shrieks emanating from the walls and floors. Crackling sounds echoed through his walls and seemed to warm him; from the inside, leaving the outside wrinkled from chills.
A small door slid open, low to the floor, and a plate of something was maneuvered into the room. He crouched down to investigate; an aroma rose from the plate making his stomach rumble and growl. It smelled like food but looked like the leftovers you might through out to the hogs.
After consuming the substance, a long, thin metallic arm reached in and retrieved the plate, then closed the hole, leaving the room desolate and musty once more.
Finally he awoke one morning - or was it day? - And the door creaked open slowly. A fragile figure emerged from the
entrance and announced, “Come with me.” He rose to his feet, stumbling slightly, and moved toward the open door. Squinting his eyes partially from the brilliance of light emanating outside of his room. The air had a sweet smell to it, and it was refreshing to have it touch his skin.
He walked, stumbling, down the long corridor and was stopped abruptly in front of a large, wooden door. There was no window on this door, neither was there any when he entered the room. There was nothing in it except a chair and a long couch, to which he was told to lie down.
The figure, now made aware of as a man, spoke in a language that confused him, using big words and calculations
that only another of the man’s peers could possibly understand. After what seemed like hours, the man released him to the confinement of his own room and the dungeon with which he was familiar.
Months, even years, had passed, and still no change had taken place; he still would sit in his dark and dismal room and leave briefly for his un-comprehendible sessions. But on this day, unknown to him, he would have a chance to make a decision that would change his world for the better.
Two new figures entered his room, now known as his home, and asked, not told, him to follow them. He walked slowly down the hall, and this time things were clearer than they have ever been. When they arrived to their destination, the door opened and he stepped in to a room filled with many chairs and a long table. A different person occupied all the chairs, all but one. He was asked to have a seat. The people asked him some simple questions, ones he could understand, and waited for his response. He grinned and nodded his head; the people smiled and agreed, then told him he was dismissed. He returned to his room and found a change of clothes lying on his bed, neatly stacked.
When he finished getting dressed, he was escorted out of his room, and building, and into the world. The sunlight hit him like a laser and he squinted his eyes. It’s been a long time since he’s seen the light. It was warm and felt great on his face. He stood still for a moment then turned back to see the place from which he had spent a majority of his life. The words “Mental Institution” were written on a sign above the door and a sign to his right, ironically, read, “Come Again.”
