Hidden behind a smile there's lonliness.
So painful, but i must express...
My heart played like a game of chess.
Vast emotions i can no longer suppress.
Mind games played to be fault,
open wounds & you poured in salt.
Feelings of hate moving in my soul,
it feels as if i'm losing control.

The dull, faint patter in the drooping hours.
Drifts in upon my sleep & fills my hair,
with damp the burden of the heavy air.
Is strewn upon me where my tired soul cowers,
shrinking like some lone queen in empty towers.
Dying. Blind with unrest i grow aware:
the pounding of the broad wings drifts down the stair. And sates me like the heavy scent of flowers.
I lie upon my heart. My eyes like hands grip at the soggy pillow, now the dawn.
Tears from her wetted breast, the splattered blouse.
Of night; lead-eyed & moist she straggles o'er the lawn,
between the curtains brooding stairs & stands.
Like some drenched swimmer
Death's within the house.

Silently she awakes & gazes uopen him there.
She sees him sleeping peacefully & longs to hold him near.
She reaches out her trembling hand to gently touch his face.
Remembering short hours ago, sharing love's embrace.
He stirs just then & spies her tender loving stare.
Then places his hand over hers, stunned at the extent of her care.
There eyes never leave each other, as she caresses his soft skin.
She smiles at him slightly as she moves closer to him.
He takes her in his arms placing a kiss upon his cheek.
She turns her head slowly, his lips for her to seek.
A subtle moan escapes her as his hand explores anew.
Passions kiss intensifies as there rhythmic dance ensues.
He proclaims his love for her as he kisses her wanting neck.
She moves her hand over him finally to rest upon his chest.
Feeling her velvet secret engulf him again & again.
And feels her building climax escaping from her then.
She arches back, catches his eyes adoring their allure.
As they reach there perfect harmony, together once more.
