I never did understand the petty little game of downrating and blocking. If you don't like someone here, stay away from them. This is a website. You are forced to speak with anyone. lmao
Childish, petty, and rather stupid drama. I had forgotten how bad it could be sometimes.
Hopefully, whoever it is will get tired and just go away.

I had that issue too not long ago.
