Nothing has been going well since the promotion.
I know the pressure comes hand in hand with the title.
But aren't they supposed to give me some time to learn on the job?
I know I can do it ... but right now I am just all over the place.
Touching a bit of everything but not completing anything.
This is not me ... I have slowed down terribly and it scares me that even I realize it.
I need to pull myself together and get things done. I need to prove to myself to everyone.
Anyway this is exactly what I wanted. Promotion, higher pay, more responsibilities ... exactly what I wanted ... there shouldn't be any regret!
