The World is a card of completion and a sense that things have come full circle in life. If loose ends still remain this card is encouragement to finish any task(s) at hand. It is also a reminder to celebrate successes and achievements made before continuing on to the next project or journey.
While this is encouraging I don't really feel like I've completed any of my projects at hand...nor am I close. I suppose I can interpret this as encouragement to continue on and that I will succeed if I do so.
