The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Hello to all of you who will take the time to read this. Some of you will care and others won't, your choice. I do however have to share it because I am soo very happy. As some of you know I have battled with my weight all of my life. It has been the hardest struggle ever. I loose only to gain then loose and gain just like a yo-yo. Around October of last year I posted stating that I had lost 11 pounds. Well I have continued to loose and on the 13th I go back to the doctor and will find out how much more I have lost. I am weraing jeans that I have not been able to fit into in a year or more. And today I went walking and when I realized where I was I had wlaked almost a mile so by the time I turned around and walked back home it was almost 2 miles I had walked. I am proud of myself because I wasn't even out of breath and I never had to use my inhaler( for asthma). I will post again as soon as I know exactly how much I have lost. I may even brave the odds and psot before and after pics. jUst an idea if anyone cares to see them let me know and that will determine whether or not I post them.

Thanks Hun, it isn't easy. I am going to treat it like I have other things this time and once I set mind to do something nothing can stop me and that is what I am going to have to do.
