I must be overeducated?

Ok. I'm probably the OLDEST real life person here. I am 51, married and live in the Midwest. Do you know how hard it is to find people that like the same things I do in THIS part of the country? LOL (really, they're all prudes?)



As long as I can remember, I have been into Fantasy MMORPGs like Everquest. I have been playing that since Beta in the summer of 1999. I have maybe 5 characters maxed out on levels and AA points.



I'm now bored with that, and looking to really find what I've always like. Darkness.



I've always been somewhat of a loner, and much prefer the night to the day. I'm an IT specialist for the last 27 years. I've probably forgotten more about computers than most people know today. No, not trying to be conceited, it's just life experience. I much prefer to sit in a room, with all the lights out, a couple of low candles burning and on the Net.



I've been married twice, the first time for 18 years, then a 7 year period being single, and have now been married for 7 years. (hmm that 7 things is starting to recur, gotta do something about that.)



Nobody in my area knows that I like that dark arts, and they never will. I feel this is something you experience only with others that feel the way you do about it. They would probably run me out of town on a rail if they knew I was into this.
