Today went to the beach. The coastal road and beaches were packed. Giant waves crashing on the sand. Lost of surfers waiting to catch the next one. It seemed like a normal summer beach day except for the sadness in the eyes and the masks are worn by most people. People trying to do normal things yet not really enjoying themselves. Fear in their eyes. The fear will be there for a while as it has been and will continue to be.

My sister called me out of the blue from Oregon. We talked about what brothers and sisters talk about. She became my first volunteer coaching client. You might not know this I am undergoing a certification program to become an Unbeatable Mind Certified Coach. I need another volunteer 8-week commitment to meet once a week. For the summer she gets to ride a couple of horses to keep them in shape for the owners for barter. She is a very good horse trainer.
