Happy Australia Day peoples!

My flatmate and I were talking about astrology the other day, as you do, and apparently I'm in for a good year this year (about frigging time, I say!).



Apparently in 2010 my sun sign is in my house, which means I will be a successful little fishy. Yay! On top of that in Chinese astrology it is also my year, which is a tiger *rowr*.



So with any luck 2010 will actually be a good year for me, unlike the last few years (especially 2009) during which I would have happily slit my wrists on several occasions.

Yesterday I had my interview for the job. Coincidentally it was my brother's birthday. He's 33 this year. Did I mention he's 3 years younger than me??? *sigh* am getting old...



But back to the interview. I don't think I got it. The whole time they were going "are you sure you want this job? It's really hard. It's different to any other job you've ever had" etc etc. By about the 3rd repetition of this I just about stood up and said you know what, you've convinced me. I don't want the job. But I restrained myself.



In the meantime I've got stuff happening for the uni course as well. When I find out about the job (in about 2 weeks) I'll know what I'm doing there. At this point (especially after that interview) I'm really undecided as to which way I want to go... Oh well. Time will tell. At least I have a plan b!
