Ok so like, here's one for ya...
When does the average person begin to wish they *didn't* have a birthday?
?
Not sure what it is for most people, but for me, my day is getting closer and closer....
*gloomy music plays in background*
Yeah, um, as my closest peeps know, I am turning the BIG 30 next week...blah blah blah. I am SO not ready to not be 20-something.
I am not coping well with this change
*starts panting*
And I thank everyone for giving me their...opinions, encouragement and/or life experiences and letting me know that it isn't REALLY that bad. But, IT IS.
THAT BAD.
really.
So, for now, I am going to go find me a banana to hold and weep.
for now....

I've found 30 isn't much different than 25.
Heck, 37 hasn't been much different than 25... in many ways it's been a LOT more fun! :)

When you are over 50, such as I am, 30 seems young. With each decade starts a new chapter of your life.
Your life with your "little one" has just only just started and you have many years to spend with him/her. Don't dwell on the past--you'll only waste the time you have; live for now and the future. :)
