2.You cannot sue the site if you have broken TOS.YOu have a free account? Make another and you have just made multiple accounts,which is against TOS.

There has been no emotional damage to you.You JUST made a profile,no one has "targeted " you for any reason other than you breaking TOS>YOU havent been here long enough to harrass.

I wasn't blinded I wasn't even in a coven only being a level ten and all. You, madam, are pulling things out of your imagination if you think that. Talk about not having all the information. I could care less I just want my images off this site. I have a right to that, I am done discussing this. If the images are not taken down then my lawyer will be contacted and the interesting thing about this is the images weren't put up by me, prove that they were. I don’t even live in that state. Like I said my IP doesn't match anything on record, even that profile. I can sue for third party upload of my image and for being on the same page as advertisements. I was suspended for making multiple profiles, I did not. If I was suspended for something I had done then you would be right. All I want at this point is my images removed and since you find it so easy to delete these profiles then why not do the same for the one with my images? I'm not being unreasonable here just asking for my likeness to be removed from this site, that's it. The suspension was done under false pretenses, but I only came here in support of my friend and I have done that and then some. I do not like this site, and this is why. As it is I am being defamed and accuse of things I did not do, coupled with my nickname that a lot of people know me by and my image my case will hold up, free profile or not. I'm sure I could make this a class-action if I asked around what with the cutting, the suicide threats and attempts on camera, the illegal drug use on camera, the under aged children coupled with adult content as well as sex offenders on here. You posted the pictures of your own will - Cancer didn't force you to. You made the call to load images to the site, and as said above, bare all risks.
