I held my heart out for you,

and put my love in your care.

Feelings deepened and grew,

all so worth it to share...



You bared your soul and your heart,

shared your desires and dreams.

In hopes that we never would part,

all much harder than it seems...



Fear of lose clogs the mind,

irrational thoughts blind the way,

insecurity consumes so much time,

as our doubts cloud each day.



We need to hear what is said,

and express what we need.

Do this each and every day,

for our love we must feed...



There is no win or lose,

for our love is no game.

No need to fight, change, or choose,

for our common goals the same...



Our opinions may differ this will always hold true,

yours from mine and mine from you.

Combining the two is how it should be,

communications the answer to setting us free...



Two hearts do remain,

but our lives we do share.

With so much there to gain,

because that one love is there...

Moments Of Change--



Events in a moment can start to unfold,

teardrops fill a memory she forever will hold.

In a flash life is so easily changed in one night,

heaven bound this troubled soul choose to leave and take flight.



So confused a young boy in his self absorbed rage,

as his happiness lay dormant covered in sorrow and pain.

How very sad to have lived life from inside of this cage,

to experience a rainbow, we must first feel the rain.



Now I pray he found peace as they lay him to rest.

Family and friends they will morn,

I wish for them all the best.



And for you my sweet sister on those days not so bright,

just remember in this life what has always held true.

There was never a cloud that the sun couldn't shine threw!!
