OK VR...Im going to try to log on more. I figure this is a great place to follow progress on my fitness and keep motivated.
I have started p90x. This is my second week part 2 ( since I left friday, sat, and sunday to New Orleans and did no workouts , but im hoping sitting down for 12 hrs each way burned something bc my bum certainly felt it lol ).
I have not noticed any changes in my physical body or any weight loss. However, I have definitely noticed more endurance, more definition of muscle, and more strength to complete the 1.5 hr work outs.
I have to say, however minor those changes are, to me they are pretty big and also pretty exciting.
I let myself go, but I am trying to haul myself back a better individual - not only physical wise, but also from within.

Lets get down to business - all that mushy stuff will be somewhere else and not on this section -
Beginning Stats:
Height: 5'10''
Weight: 190lbs
At the moment I do not have a measuring tape, so I will update my hip, waist, and back at a later time.

You SO do not look like 190. But then again, you're tall... so the number there isn't as much as it would be on a shorter person.
You know I'm into this fitness thing too. Let's make it happen!
